Welcome to the Paradise Found,our condo located on the 10th Floor at the Princess. This spacious Oceanfront Condo is 1595 sq feet on the luxurious Emerald Coast of Panama City Beach. It is on the quiet East End of the beach but just minutes away from wonderful restaurants, activities, Pier Park, St Andrews Park and much more.
Our condo offers plenty of living space with ample comfortable seating, a dining area, and a wet bar. It includes floor to ceiling windows allowing you to soak up the view of the beautiful Gulf and beaches. You can start your day on the balcony with your morning coffee while watching the sea life or end it in the evening with a cocktail and the best sunsets.
Our full-size kitchen is well equipped with all appliances, cookware, dishes, utensils as well as a blender, toaster, Keurig coffee maker and more. Off of the kitchen is a laundry room complete with a large deep sink and full-size washer and dryer.
The oceanfront master bedroom features a king-size bed, Flat screen TV and direct access to the large expansive balcony. There is an ensuite bathroom featuring double sinks, a Jacuzzi tub with separate walk-in shower and toilet room. Additionally there is a large walk-in closet.
The guest bedroom includes 2 queen-size beds, Flat screen TV, closet and access to the 2nd full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
The living room area includes a Flat screen TV, Blue Ray DVD player, printer/scanner, games, books (take one or leave one), and free wireless internet. The drapes and sheers are made to help keep out the light and heat when needed.
Besides offering stunning views of the ocean, the large balcony includes 2 teak chaise loungers (includes cushions) with side tables and a 4 seat dining table for your enjoyment. A bench double rocker is also provided.
And best of all....Beach Chair Service is included with your booking from March 1 - October 31st. You'll have access to 2 padded lounge chairs and an umbrella during your stay.
Parking is limited to 2 vehicles from May 1st to Labor Day of each year.
Princess amenities include 2 outdoor seasonally heated pools, an indoor pool, outdoor hot tub, fitness room, game room and tennis/pickle ball court. And it goes without mentioning the very short distance access to the beautiful beach and ocean just awaiting for your arrival.

My husband and I call Tennessee home. However, Panama City Beach is definitely my 2nd home. We just had our 1st grandchild and look forward to making memories on the beach with our growing family.

We love being on the East End of PCB. The beaches aren't as crowded, the restaurants in the area are Amazing and the Princess just has a laid back feel and family oriented. I just call it Paradise.

This is our third property at the Princess and all 3 are on the 10th Floor. So if one of the units is booked, we have 2 other options for you. And if you need multiple units for a large family vacation, we got you covered. Our units provide everything you need for a memorable vacation and we want you to feel comfortable and to keep coming back.
