This Pottery Barn style private custom home is perfect for large groups or small for an incredible ski, board or summer getaway! There are 4 bedrooms plus a loft and recreation room for sleeping up to 12 people.

It's located just minutes from the slopes in the Keystone Resort. Walk to the free Keystone bus with our ski wagon, just a few blocks away. The lot is large and wooded. Walk to the river and bike trail (snow permitting :-)

The home has a beautifully updated kitchen with granite and stainless steel appliances. The dining room sits 14+ so everyone can take part in a little Apres Ski, family style, before relaxing on the spacious mountain view deck.

- The second floor loft is the perfect place for the younger kids to play and watch their own shows, or send them downstairs to the
- Spacious Recreation room with a pull out sofa facing a large Smart HD TV and plenty of games and puzzles for any age.
- Private deck with grill, outdoor seating, fenced yard and hot tub!

The house was pristine and provided for everything we needed and more. Lots of different sleeping and bed arrangements for kids and adults to have their own spaces. Very convenient location for skiing, stores and restaurants. Beautiful quiet area! Host Stephanie was so great. She didn't miss a detail and communicated all along the way.

I had such a wonderful stay recently! The host was incredibly communicative, making so easy. The kitchen was fully stocked, which was a pleasant surprise for cooking. There was also plenty of room for my whole family to spread out and relax comfortably. I truly appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the place. I'm already looking forward to my next visit! Beautiful and great for a group!

A group of my colleagues and I stayed here for a Keystone conference and it was great! The shuttle is a short walk from the house and we enjoyed hiking in the area during our free time. The house is clean and the host is great!

This house was perfect for our large group - with lots of options for sleeping and plenty of bathrooms. We especially appreciated the giant dining room table that easily seated 13 people a couple of the nights. It was also great for puzzles, games and crafts!

Nice Keystone House!

Our family of 8 enjoyed staying at this house. The house is very well equipped and in a good location with a hiking trail very nearby. The house does have an unusual floor plan with multiple floors and staircases. The kids enjoyed having the foosball table and the hot tub !

The home was great, warm, and welcoming. The owners really made you feel comfortable with very thoughtful conveniences like lotions and soaps in the bathrooms. The large kitchen table was great for a big family gathering and we played lots of games together. The accommodations were pretty tight for 13 people, but we made it work.

My husband, daughter and I have lived in Keystone for many years and have spent a lot of time on the mountain. Keystone is our absolute favorite resort in the Rockies. I find it to be the friendliest resort for both singles and families with small or grown children.
In 2016 we purchased our forever home at the resort and plan to live here full time. We would love to share it with you!

Why they chose this property

This home is located just minutes from the base of the mountain. You can easily take our ski wagon to take the free resort shuttle, located just a couple of blocks away. This is perfect for those choosing to head to the mountain at different times or for those who would prefer to check out the resorts restaurants and shopping instead.
During the warm weather months, the home is located on the Snake River where the Keystone Gulch enters it. There's a great bike and walking path right outside our door. The shuttle runs year round, so any time of the year is the perfect time to visit Keystone.

What makes this property unique

The views of the mountains are amazing! Walk outside and listen to the river flowing and take a walk through the aspens to the Keystone Stables, through The River Golf Course or follow the path the the Keystone Village for lunch and ice skating or kayaking in the summer. You'll find that our location and property can not be beat.
