Really enjoyed our stay. With the large group the two condominiums were a perfect fit for us all. Richard was quick to respond to messages in a fast and timely manner.
The property was perfect for our extended family golf trip. Age ranges from 5 months to 71, total of 20 staying between the 2 units. . Lots of seating for family meals and games. Great stay, highly recommend it!! Hot tubs and grills were used and worked great! Well stocked kitchen.
We stayed here for our wedding with our bridal party and it was perfect. Having both sides of the duplex allowed everyone to have their own space. The condos were clean, had fully stocked kitchens, great hot tubs, and communication with Richard Seymour was super easy. So glad we found this place!
There were 23 of us (all family)...range from 7-71. It was a perfect vacation. We used both sides of the duplex...the small children ended up sleeping on the pull out couch and one teenager on the couch as there were not enough beds to accommodate 23 (understandable). The kids and adults loved the hot tub and the location was perfect for biking, walking trails & a short distance to the Keystone shopping area.
We had 14 in our party and utilized both condos. Beds were good quality. Living room and kitchen were spacious to server even in one place. We all enjoyed the hot tubs. Checkout requirements are very reasonable. Highly recommended.
Fantastic place for our group of 14! Easy walk to Peru lift or take the shuttle bus for a shorter walk. We had both units that connected through the garage or the patio between the two hot tubs. Easy walk to a few of the local restaurants. Amazing communication with the host and immediate resolutions to any issues we encountered (microwave stopped working - messaged in the morning and a new one was in place by the time we finished skiing).
We would absolutely stay here again!
We had 16 guests including 5 children. Property was clean and had all of the amenities advertised. The hot tubs were a nice feature. Owner was informative. Location was pretty convenient with Dillion and Silverthorne within 20 minutes. Consider bringing a baby gate if you have a little that can’t do stairs.

We're glad to hear this guest enjoyed the house. And we do provide baby gates, pack n play beds, and high chairs . . . no extra charge.
Our family met for a Christmas skiing vacation in Keystone. We stayed at both lodges and loved it! Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The kids loved seeing each other and getting to play. The hot tubs were a bit hit as well! We were able to cook meals when we felt like cooking. It was about a 5 minute drive to go skiing or shopping & ice skating at River Run Village. Overall, it was an awesome vacation and a great place to stay!
Beautiful house in a great location! When we arrived the house was very clean and easy to settle into. It accommodated our large group very well. There was plenty of sleep space and blankets to go around. Although it took us a while to find everything we needed for cooking, it was all there! We stayed for 6 nights and on our 4th night we noticed the heater wasn’t working in one of the units. Heather was very responsive and provided us with enough space heaters and heated blankets to make sure everyone was comfortable. The plumber was there the next morning and fixed it with no issues. Overall great stay!
We booked both properties at 180 and 190
We stayed in 180 and were disappointed at the decor differences between the two properties. 190 was not without problems(a trim piece in the kitchen fell off) however, it was alot better updated decor wise. 180 needs a face lift

The two 4BR units in this duplex house have separate VRBO listings for guests who only need one unit. This guest was upset for a separate reason relating to entering the wrong departure date on her online booking, which could not be changed because it would have required cancelling the booking for the following group arriving on Jan. 1. Guests can read a more objective appraisal (31 reviews) of Unit 180 at www.vrbo.com/773693, where the property has a rating of 4.6 out of 5.0 (as of 1/3/23). They can also read the 12 reviews at airbnb.com/rooms/43861673 where it has a rating of 4.92. The overall consensus among these other reviews is that the unit is quite comfortably furnished. The owner does plan to add hardwood flooring and some new furniture in the living room in the spring of 2023. (Unit 190 can be viewed separately at www.vrbo.com/29761.)

Liked: Cleanliness, communication
Disliked: Location, listing accuracy
Chill
Accommodations were clean and spacious with plenty of room for our group. The photograph in the advertising doesn’t share the fact that the units face the rear of a strip mall. Very Non-scenic! No common door. Adjoining doors means walking out the back door into the back door of the other unit. Same with basement entrances. I think it was clever advertising and I blame myself for not vetting the property thoroughly!

The exterior photos on the site show the neighborhood far more clearly than most VRBO listing photos, since they are overhead shots. The Mountain View Plaza building next door cuts off the lower part of the view (which is readily apparent in the posted living room photos), but the house's windows go two stories high and the TOP half frames a MILE-wide view of the ski runs. *** And there IS an INSIDE door connecting the two units on the ground level (see the reviews of Eric D. and Rachel B.). We didn't open it prior to this guest's arrival, since his group was given access 3 HOURS EARLIER than the normal 4PM check-in time. That prevented the inspector from following the usual procedure of getting to the house and opening the connecting door before a new group arrives. But out of approximately 10 reviews this is the only party which hasn't realized they just need to open that passageway between the units (which only requires TURNING A KEY). We regret that granting them the favor of arriving 3 hours early prevented our inspector from having time to open it for them prior to arrival as we normally do.
My sisters and I vacation every year with our spouses, kids and we rope our parents into coming as well. We booked both properties together and divided ourselves between the two homes while still having access to spend time together. In total we have 24 people, 11 adults and 13 kids ranging from 1-16. The ease of communication with the property manager was quick, clear and efficient. The rooms were comfortable and there was plenty of space for everyone. We used the BBQ grill daily, relaxed in the hot-tubs, enjoyed taking in the view of the mountains and at the end of the day curling up near the fireplace and watching movies. Everyone was very excited when we even got to see a moose foraging behind the property! The parking space was great and there were plenty of places to get food and groceries nearby. All in all we enjoyed our stay here immensely! We would book again should our family trip bring us back to Colorado!
