Fantastic location - 30 second walk to Public beach and 5 minute walk to Atlantic Blvd. 8 unit boutique condo building with pool in backyard. Condo unit totally refurbished. Large south facing balcony. Comes with usage of beach card to use chairs/umbrella at beach. 1 full bedroom with king size bed, and TV in bedroom. 1 den, 6 feet by 8 feet, with Japanese desk that goes up into single bed. Den in effect can become a second room to sleep in. One full washroom. Pool area has washrooms. Living area has TV. Open concept. If you have any questions on unit call me at 343-540-8344

Heaven on Earth!

What a wonderful surprise. A perfect vacation. the apt is clean, bright, newly renovated. Place is quiet. has a lovely terrace pool and private. Apt has anything you need to cook was your clothes and is 1/2 block form a beautiful beach. It comes with a beach card so you don't have to drag a chair and umbrella to the beach. Don is a wonderful host. It was a dream. I would go back but he is already booked for my next dates ;'(
