Our stay at this luxury resort in Thonotosassa was great. The host, Tom, was very accommodating and accepted my request for an early check-in, which was much appreciated. We had a large family gathering with relatives visiting from both out of state and locally, and Tom’s place was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for hosting everyone together. The property was clean, well-maintained, and had plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. The kids enjoyed the pool, and everyone enjoyed the game room. We truly appreciated Tom’s hospitality and would definitely recommend this property for large groups or family getaways.

We stayed at this property for a golf trip for 14 people. The house was spacious, the pool + backyard area was well maintained and Tom was a terrific host. Highly recommend for your next trip to the Tampa area!

We really enjoyed the house. It was perfect for our large group with plenty of space to spread out. Tom was super responsive and went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. Looking forward to coming back next year.

5 stars We had a great stay at this beautiful home! The house was very clean and well-maintained, and we especially enjoyed relaxing by the pool. It was the perfect spot for a family getaway.A few suggestions—adding a few more kitchen items would make cooking a bit easier, and having extra paper towels and garbage bags on hand would be helpful.Overall, we loved our time here and would definitely rent this home again. Highly recommended!

Amazing family getaway

The photos do not do this home justice. It was beautiful and impeccable. We had a great time gathering with family and were easily able to spread out and relax. The kids had a blast in the pool and we loved being able to bring out dogs with us.
