It's a great space to share with family. I felt like we got a great price for true ocean front with pool and hot tub. It had outter banks charm with updated kitchen and baths. We enjoyed our views of sunrises and sunsets every day! We grilled out, and splashed in the pool. The AC is nice and cold. Communication with the host was easy and they were quick to repond to questions. Definitely would visit again!

Nice Place

I loved the property. It's right on the beach. Has a pool and a hottub. If you've never been to Duck before, brace yourself for traffic. There is only one road you can use to get anywhere, and it will frequently get jammed up. And on days when people are checking in, it's a night mare.

This house was on beach and very nice until the AC broke. It was between 80 and 89 in kitchen, living room and master bedroom. No refund, not even a partial one. Real estate company fine until they ghosted me on the issue of a refund.

Very well equipped beach house. Overall great experience and easy check in. Loved the clean pool and hot tub area, extra/outdoor showers and half bath. Plenty of coffee makers and mugs! :) Elderly will probs find it difficult to get to the beach everyday getting over the dune (a lot of stairs) but that would be par for most beach homes. The only "issue" we had was the odd acoustics.....except for voices and music, every other sound was amplified to the bedrooms below the main living space. A couple(very minor) concerns were immediately addressed when we checked in....thank you!
