Beautiful oceanfront getaway

We had two families, totaling 9. We fit perfectly in this property. It was clean, spacious, stunning views. The balcony was a favorite to sit and relax. Lots of nearby restaurants. I would recommend this.

Great view and condo

We were looking for a place to accommodate four couples. This was perfect. Short car ride to dock, rain forest, groceries. Everything we needed was in the condo. Great place!

Million dollar view

Upon entering the front door my breath was taken away! The sliding glass doors covering the entire wall, allowed me to see the Caribbean ocean! Then the large balcony had comfortable seating for a large group.

Nice Apartment

Beautiful little beach, crystal clear water! Stunning view, one of the best location within the building. Pictures are pretty accurate and close to reality, they speak by themselves! The apt is very clean, is fully equiped, it has everything you need. The building is kind of old, but very well maintained and kept. We enjoyed our stay!

Exactly what we needed

My husband and I booked this condo for us and my parents to stay. Maria was quite accommodating and prompt to respond to email communication. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the condo. There was plenty of room for our needs. We enjoyed coffee/tea on the large patio each morning while watching the ocean waves. The proximity to the ocean was steps away from the unit. We went for daily swims. The only thing that could have made our stay better was having a grill, however the kitchen was fully stocked. We will definitely book this from Maria again.

Beautiful setting

The condo was clean and set up nicely for two families. The view from the balcony is amazing. It’s a lovely setting just steps from the beach. Maria was extremely helpful and responsive with any questions we had. The only thing that would’ve helped would have been an extra gate key and house key. With two families staying we had to leave at separate times it made it a little more difficult. There is a lock box that helps, but you can’t get out of the gate to access the lock box without the remote. Overall, we had a lovely stay. Thank you !!!

Amazing beach access

We stayed here with a group of 10 in middle of December 2022. Host: communicates quickly. Instructions for keys etc were clear. Property: located on third floor but stairs are easy. Awesome view of the ocean from bedroom windows but more importantly the very large spacious balcony. Kitchen is there for anyone looking to cook etc. There was a grill there that we didn’t use, not sure if it is meant to be used. Clean place. Location: the beach is like RIGHT THERE. Fresh water pool on property is just as much fun. Obviously not the best place if you want to explore San Juan but for rest of island, it’s located in a good spot. Driving up and down the west coast is easy. Highly recommended.

Great stay in Cabo Rojo

We really enjoyed this property, there were 6 adults and the place was very roomy and spacious for us. The A/C in the rooms worked well to keep us cool at night and we enjoyed opening the doors to the patio in the main room to get a nice breeze in the rest of the condo. Thank you for providing towels for the bathroom and pool/breach, really easy access to the pool, beach, and good food. Thanks Maria~
