The open living area centers around a double-sided indoor fireplace that warms both the lounge and the adjacent reading nook. An L-shaped sofa offers space to settle in with a book or simply relax with views of the surrounding trees. Sleeping arrangements

The townhouse accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms and four beds. On the lower level, the primary bedroom includes a king-size bed, TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower. A second bedroom offers a king-split bed with easy access to a bathroom featuring a deep soaking tub. The upper-level bedroom includes a tri-bunk with a double and single bed, accompanied by beanbag chairs and an adjacent bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower.



Amenities & comforts

You’ll have essentials such as wifi, a dedicated workspace, washer and dryer, heating, portable fans, and a safe. Bathroom essentials, bedroom and laundry basics, and home safety features including a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher are provided. A smart lock allows seamless self check-in, and long term stays are welcome. The complex offers access to a hot tub, giving you a soothing place to warm up after time on the mountain. Parking includes secure underground parking for two vehicles, with free street parking also available.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. Two designated parking spaces are provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the complex’s outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Snowbird is located in Whistler’s Blackcomb Benchlands, a quiet, wooded area just above the Upper Village. In winter, guests enjoy easy access to Blackcomb Mountain’s ski slopes via nearby trails. In summer, it’s a short walk to Lost Lake Park—perfect for swimming, biking, and hiking—and the Valley Trail, which connects to Whistler Village and beyond. This location offers a peaceful retreat with direct access to Whistler’s best outdoor experiences.

• Hot tub hours. The Snowbird complex shared hot tub is open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM

• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
