This spacious townhouse is located in a very quiet 16 unit complex and was extensively renovated in 2007. The unit has an open plan kitchen/living/dining area that provides a very relaxing atmosphere. The master bedroom is huge with high vaulted ceilings, electric fireplace and HD TV. Top end finishes and attention to detail are evident throughout and include stainless steel appliances, gas range and fireplace, hardwood floors, 8 in-ceiling speaker system, granite counter-tops in kitchen and all bathrooms, heated slate tile floors in all bathrooms and entry level and a totally private hot tub. The kitchen is equipped with every conceivable appliance and is stocked with a full compliment of spices and condiments. The main floor den provides a quiet sanctuary for the kids or to enjoy some quiet reading or TV.
This is not a typical rental unit, it is our second home and we only rent on limited basis each year, so at all times it is maintained to a very high standard. You will find that it feels like a cozy home, not like the typical, available for rent all year round, condo unit.

Nice swimming beach in the summer. Good lake to walk around or cycle. In the winter, it is used for cross country skiing if conditions are good.

Ski/Board Out is a 5 minute walk from the property
Trail system to both Whistler and Blackcomb providing for both ski-in and ski-out convenience.
