• Basement Bedroom: Additional bedroom with a Queen bed.
• Common Area: Finished basement includes two twin beds and a smart TV.
• Laundry: Located in the 2nd floor hallway.
• Bathrooms:
• 2 full bathrooms on the second floor. The hall bathroom has a tub/shower combination & the Master bath has a walk in shower and double sink vanity.
• 1/2 bath on the main floor.
• 3/4 bath in the basement.
• Interior: Extensively remodeled, hardwood floors throughout. Sunken living room on main floor, so watch your step.
• Yard: Full privacy fence, gas grill, fire pit & outdoor table and chairs for 4 people.

- There are very few Ubers, Lyfts, and taxi's.
- You will need a car to get around.



- **Pre-Arrival Requirements:**

- Sign and agree to rental conditions.
- **Neighborhood Guidelines:**
- Quiet subdivision—please respect neighbors.
- No parties allowed.
- Keep noise levels down.
- **Security:**
- There is a security camera at the front door.
- **Hot Tub Guidelines:**
- If you use the hot tub, please place one chlorine tablet in the filter after each use.
- The hot tub is meant for 3-4 people at a time, with 1-hour time limits, no more than 2-3 uses per day.
- Cloudy water may be caused by overuse or lack of chlorine.
- Guests should rinse off lotions and perfumes before entering the tub.
- **Important Reminders:**
- Please follow the posted hot tub rules.
- Let your host know if the hot tub looks murky; we can help clear it up quickly.
- If you don’t contact the host and the hot tub requires draining, cleaning, and refilling after your stay due to not following guidelines, a $200 fee will be charged.
