DETAILS & AMENITIES…
A prestigious glance to this historic home greets you as you pull up to two off-street parking spaces secured by an electric gate with a spacious porch just beyond. A grand entrance into this heavenly retreat displays rich Dade County Pine, large windows inviting natural lighting in, hard wood flooring throughout and an open floor plan for the ideal family gathering. Enjoy a seating area outfitted with cozy furnishings for game night and smart TVs with streaming available. A formal dining area lies steps away with seating for 8. A cheery living room nearby includes a flat screen TV for lazy days - that's if you can resist the temptation of the stunning poolside views beyond the French doors. A fully equipped, gourmet kitchen has been updated with stainless steel appliances, granite counters and bar top seating for 2 to gather around for happy hour. A washer and dryer room is just off the living room area.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS…
Step up to the second level to find 3 comfortable guest rooms. There are two king suites with en suite full bathrooms with soaking tubs and walk in glass showers. Steps away is another guest room with twins beds that can convert to a king upon request. The fourth bedroom lies on the third story furnished with two full beds, mini fridge and an en suite full bathroom with a shower. Enjoy a good book seated at the cozy reading nook or out on the rooftop deck in one of the loungers with incredible views. All rooms come with flat screen TV's. Another full bathroom with a shower and outdoor access is also located on the first level for guests using the downstairs sleeper sofas.

OUTDOOR LIVING…
Experience your very own slice of Paradise in the outdoor tropical oasis equipped with a retractable awning, an outdoor dining table for 4 and plenty of loungers for well deserved R & R. Island time doesn't get any better than unwinding in the heated, saltwater pool with a calming spillover feature.

Off street parking is offered making coming and going a breeze!

PETS...
Pets are welcome at this home and a pet fee is required. Please either inquire prior to booking, or make sure to check the box that you are bringing a pet when booking, AND include size, breed, and age of the pet in Comments/Special Requests.

MULTI MONTH RESERVATIONS...
For monthly reservations, the following fees will be added PER MONTH:

BOOKING DATES...
This home is only available as a monthly rental (28 night minimum). We prefer to book by the calendar month (first day of the month to the last). We may consider alternate dates if the calendar allows or if the owner will make an exception.

CONCIERGE SERVICES...
Enjoy our concierge service to assist you with planning activities for your trip, from bike/scooter/golf cart rentals to any excursion you can think of including snorkeling and sunset cruises, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and much more. They can also have your fridge stocked with all the necessities in advance of your arrival!

CANCELLATION...
Bookings canceled at least 90 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund.

Cancellations inside of 90 days may receive a refund if we are able to re-rent any or all of the dates of the stay. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation. For multi-month reservations for January through March, a refund will only be offered in the event we are able to re-rent. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation(s).

Family fun Time

The house was perfect and the pool area was very private and relaxing. Just enough away from Duval to enjoy both worlds. Wonderful local food with in walking distance. Love it!

Great house!

Beautiful house with very detailed craftsmanship. Each room had been well thought out, and gave you a warm island feel. The property manager, Shana, was OUTSTANDING to work with. The cleaning, landscaping, and pool services were second to none. Loved our stay!!

Sandy’s for coffee was a favorite walk as was sunrise on the pier.

Lovely house in Key West

This is a large home with lots of space for family and friends. Nice furnishings in the living areas and plenty of poolside seating. It is a short walk to the beach, a little longer walk to Mallory Square., Sloppy Joe's, etc. However Ubers and cabs are abundant if needed. It is nice that the 3 bedrooms on the second level can all be king rooms if you have couples visiting, however the second bathroom on that level is in-suite to one bedroom, not really a shared bath. It's fine if you have a couple with kids using those two bedrooms, but not ideal for two couples. The property managers were great prior to arrival and during our stay responding to small issues (i.e. light bulb replacement, extra washcloths) There is a nice grill outside, and Faustos grocery is a short walk for any needed essentials. Plenty of dishes, glassware, and linens. We loved our stay and would recommend this property!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was very comfortable to stay in. We had the house for a month and had different groups of people in and out during our stay. We like the location away from all of the people that crowd the Duval Street area. Nice and close to the White Street Pier and the Sunday Artisan Market. An easy bike ride or golf cart ride anywhere (we did both!) and our 20+ year old kids had no problem walking where they wanted to go. Enough parking for 2 vehicles, but it would have been nice to have a bike rack in the parking area to lock bikes to. Entire property was clean and well kept. One of the bedrooms on the second floor has to share a bathroom that would be through one of the other bedrooms, but easy enough to work around. Comfortably sleeps eight adults, ten if two couples don't mind sharing the converted attic space with the 2 double beds. All of the bathrooms were very nice and we liked the outside access to the first floor bathroom from the pool. The pool itself is very large by Key West standards and it is heated. We were able to enjoy it every day in November! Even though the house is on a busier street, noise was not an issue. Had a couple of small issues (kitchen faucet wouldn't shut off completely, smoke detector with a dying battery) that were addressed immediately. Very good communication from the property manager Shana. We would rent again if we were coming with a large group.

Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay- any minor situation that could come up shana took care of instantly- the home was beyond clean and they left plenty of cleaning supplies plus the ones I brought to keep up with the cleaning. We would have loved the option to rent again next October- we are sad to see we aren’t going to be able to build the home relationship with this property and are on the search for another property. We come every year and if you’re interested in this home it’s fantastic! They are doing so many things to this home and you can tell they are invested in it- I love my little neighbor next door- Mr. Richard- he’s a super sweet man- be courteous to the locals who have lived there thru all the owners of these rental homes- take him a plate every now and again- Really find a happy place here;) it’s nice and quiet which we love- take your party to duval and leave it there! Nice park near by- same with the ice cream shop!! Definitely walk to sandy for a nice bite;) delicious 🤤 We would absolutely stay here again!! Thank you so so much.

Tropical oasis in Key West

This property is an awesome home with all the charm of an old Key West mansion. The original wood and tropical furnishings bring character along with modern amenities of updated bathrooms, kitchens, large screen TVs, etc. The pool is amazing and the entire property is enclosed. We had our dogs with us and they loved being able to roam freely at the pool with us and lounging in the sun. Lots of space to spread out across three floors, so is a great home for a large group enjoying a Key West vacation.
