Walking distance to everything

We all loved this home. It was very clean and smelled great! It all the amenities you would need. A nice private back porch surrounded by Beautiful Trees. We walked each day close to the boardwalk. 10 min walk. We loved it.

Beach Cottage

Our family of 7 had plenty of room in this cutely decorated beach cottage. I liked the screened in porch for sitting and enjoying my coffee in the morning. I liked that the cottage was located close enough that we could walk to the beach. My kids are old enough that they could go on their own which they loved! It might be a difficult walk though if your kids are younger. My youngest is 10 and was good. The dishwasher didn’t work well but that was minor. Overall a good trip in a family friendly community with lots to explore.

Charming and Clean!

This place is so cute and more than adequate! The back screened porch is wonderful, many items of necessity are provided, towels and linens are nice, beds are comfy. The location is straight down the street from public beach access and the boardwalk/amusement rides. It is 5 blocks which is a haul but flat and easy and no trouble at all! Not a single complaint. Host is caring! We hope to stay again!

Amazing experience

The property was so inviting, comfortable and the space was perfect for a family! It is beautifully decorated, located so conveniently close to beach and entertainment and so family friendly!!! Dana was such an awesome host!!! We will gladly come back in the future!!

The house was lovely, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. The back porch is a paradise for us. Beach is 5 blocks away - walk or drive. Dana is a very attentive host without being intrusive. We hope to come back again.

Charming house, and perfect location!

The house is so absolutely beautiful and charming. There are so many wonderful details, from the extremely useful outdoor shower, to the peaceful back porch and garden, that make this place a unique paradise. It's just a short walk to either the beach or the state park, both very accessible and fun destinations. Downtown is close, too, and many fun places to eat or get treats are just a few blocks away, within walking distance for a young family. The owners are attentive and helpful, and took lots of care to make sure the place was perfect. A great deal for the cost, and will be our summer go-to!

Our family loved staying here!!!

We stayed at this property 6 nights and didn’t want to leave! It’s is beautiful on the inside, tastefully decorated, and very clean. All 9 of us slept comfortably. We walked to the boardwalk from the house (beautiful views from the boardwalk and Britt’s doughnuts!!) and to the ice cream shop. Supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants are all a very quick drive away (also in delivery range for Walmart/Publix). One of my favorite parts of the house was the screened in porch. I loved to sit there and listen to birds etc. (while I did laundry lol). My kids liked it too. Every now and then I would find a kid sitting there enjoying the tranquility of it all. The owner was excellent with communication. We didn’t have any issues, but my guess is she would have been on top of it if we did, as she was quick to answer any questions. She made sure we felt “at home”. We have the house “hearted” on VRBO and look forward to coming back again some day!

Great stay, quiet but close to everything.

We absolutely loved our stay here. My family including my adult step son, his girlfriend, and my 3 younger children ages 8-12 loved it. The property is clean, the beds are comfortable, the home is located close to everything. We were able to walk to the beach and small boardwalk as well as Carolina Beach State Park. Grocery stores are close by and convenient. The owner is very accommodating, highly recommend.

Can't wait to book it again!

This was the perfect home away from home! The owner was amazing in her communication and incredibly easy to reach. The house was stocked with everything you could need, and the rooms were all decorated with beautiful designs...even down to the awesome light fixtures and ceiling fans in all of the rooms! The house had a wonderful yard out back, with an outdoor shower even and plenty of privacy. Sitting on the screened in back porch in the evenings was lovely! And as an added bonus, there was a huge vegetable garden that we were able to pick tomatoes and cucumbers from during our stay for dinner! The beach was an easy couple-minute drive away, and if you have older kids you could easily walk to the beach instead of drive. It doesn't get any better than that!!! We will definitely be back and cannot wait for our next trip. By far one of the greatest we've experienced yet :-)

Cute Cottage Within Walking Distance To Beach

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay at this cottage very close to Carolina Beach and the boardwalk. It was less than a 10 minute walk to the beach, and a very close walk to Carolina Beach State Park too for more exploring. Dana was very easy to communicate with the entire time, and the beds were very comfortable. The house was very clean and the back porch was screened in, which was relaxing to hang out in without having to worry about any mosquitoes. Parking was also very easy. Would definitely recommend staying here and would again!

AWESOME LITTLE COTTAGE!

We had a great stay at this awesome little beach cottage . It super close to anything you could hope to want / need . Restaurants , little grocery store , and of corse beach is only a few blocks away . It was very clean the AC worked amazing!!!!! The beds were very comfortable.
