Home is conveniently located in a quiet and prestigious area with Disney decoration.
Close to all Disney attractions, and easy access to major roads, restaurants, shopping also the Walmart is only 5 min away.
Our Kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils. If you and your family like to cook and bake the kitchen has it all. The house has it's own pool, also we will give you the access to the community pool, the game room and gym.

The house pool area has an electric grill for your family entertainment

Nice place

Good location for a Walt Disney World vacation, lots of space for the family, many shops around the house. Disney theme was nice! A bit further from Orlando Airport and Universal Studios.

We had a pleasant stay overall. The host was responsive and professional, and the property is nice, safe, well maintained, and thoughtfully equipped. The dĂ©cor is charming. It is a very good option for families planning to spend time in the Orlando area.Our only recommendation is that future guests consider the location and sleeping comfort when booking. The property is approximately 45–50 minutes from the main Disney and Universal attractions, which made daily commuting tiring, since we primarily needed the house as a place to sleep after long days out. The distance and the mattress quality impacted our experience.

Theme decoration was very cute. Very clean and quiet. There was an issue with the refrigerator that hopefully can be fixed. Well stocked kitchen.

The townhouse was very very clean and the neighborhood seemed safe - lots of new homes being built nearby. Our host was very responsive.

The house was adorably decorated! We didn’t bring a Mickey and Minnie because we thought they’d have some here but they didn’t. The kids were excited to buy some anyway! The AC wasn’t cooling much but the host responded quickly to this. The little pool was VERY cold but perfect for soaking our feet after a long day at Disney. We didn’t use the large pool at all. Easy access to Disney, about 30 minutes to each park and the springs. We would definitely stay here again!

House was as advertised. It seems as though a little clean-up of the place might help. Wading pool water was milky, some stains in carpet, no keurig for coffee, short on utensils. However, house was comfortable and clean. Overall, we enjoyed the house.

Our kids loved the theme rooms, it was great having 3 bathrooms, everything we needed was there, and the owner was responsive and helpful.

It was ok. Carpets and splash pool need cleaning. Disappointed extras were expected for use of BBQ and pool heating. Bit too far for Universal. Communal pool is nice, but a bit of a walk away from the house. When A/C broke owner was great and fixed asap!

Returning visitors; Would stay again

This was our second visit. David was very communicative and kind. The condo was clean and tidy. All amenities were provided and lots of restaurants and stores close by. The theming was great. We had an issue with the pool but maintenance was there within hours to address. This gave us the opportunity to use the really nice community pool. We hope to stay again!

Clean (except stained carpet) and front door lock sketchy

It was very clean except for the carpet that was badly in need of replacing; also, the front door looked like it had been kicked in - the lock was sketchy. Parking is weird there is one assigned spot and unmarked spots are open for anyone, the intermittent internet was annoying, my husband complained about the small toilets, cute decor.

Spacious home, close to Disney

Home is in a good location near to major grocery store and restaurants. Easy communication and check in process. Spacious home, enoihh bedrooms for the entire family.We would stay here again if we plan to go to Disney since it seems thats the nearest park. It was about 50 minutes to Universal Studios.Room for improvement; repaint the pool ( we think it may be mixing with the water), outside chairs should be replaced on the top balcony and the pool patio. I would say are the 2 most important.

Disney Weekend

I realized upon arrival I had not communicated correctly the number of guests I was bringing. I called David and he answered the phone immediately. He was very polite and gracious about my miscommunication. The neighbor was quiet and peaceful. 30 minutes from Epcot and Magic Kingdom.

Family home with Disney / Harry Potter feel

Great property for a family vacation. Everything was perfect other than the drive to universal was 50 mins due to the freeway undergoing roadworks. 30 mins to Disney. Excellent host and would recommend.

Great place for the price

For the price we paid, the location was great and a quick drive to Disney property. Walmart was about 5 minutes down the road and there were lots of food and restaurant options. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. At first glance, property was as described. Our kids loved all of the themed rooms and that everything was Disney or HP themed. We arrived later than we anticipated at night so we didn’t get time to fully see everything. The front door jam was cracked along the side, it looked like a possible previous forced entry of some kind. The back patio screens had several coming loose and flapping. Also there was no towel rack in the kids Mickey/minnie room and the hole in the wall was packed with wooden shims. The alarm system would randomly go off (including in the middle of the night a couple of times). However, getting ahold of the manager was easy via the VRBO app and he answered any questions in under an hour every time. Cleanliness wise, the living room rug was visibly dirty and the bedroom carpets in need of a good deep cleaning. We did not feel comfortable using the dryer as the lint trap was in very poor shape and had several large holes. But the rest of the condo was tidy. There were plenty of clean towels and extra must haves in the pantry. We did find a random shirt under one of the kids’ beds that was left from a previous guest. Although we didn’t go to the clubhouse, the option was wonderful to have. Our kids loved this place and want to come back again.
