Crescent Park Heritage Bungalow ~ walking distance to Crescent Beach

Come stay in our quaint remodelled heritage bungalow. We are honoured to be a protected heritage site with the City of Surrey, H.C. Major House. The bungalow is fully licensed for short term rentals with the City of Surrey. License #183457. We meet all of the new BC short term rental legislation requirements. Book the bungalow with confidence!

Two Bedroom, 1.5 bathroom heritage bungalow backing onto Crescent Park and a short walk to Crescent Beach.

The bungalow backs onto beautiful Crescent Park in Ocean Park. Crescent Park is a 128 acre park that offers walking trails through mature second growth forests, ponds, streams and lots of meadows to discover. And just added recently the park has 8 brand new pickleball courts to enjoy.

The bungalow is situated a short walk to the best local beach, Crescent Beach. Crescent Beach is a wonderful family oriented beach with lots of space to explore. It is a unique beach community with lots of restaurants, ice cream and coffee shops.

The bungalow has large rear patio which is an oasis surrounded by the beautiful city park trees. There is a small yard with lots of mature landscaping. There is a firepit and a tabletop fire table to enjoy cozy evenings outside. The bungalow has a large kitchen that is fully equipped with all the necessities. There is a large kitchen Island (that works great as a remote base working spot) and a bright and airy dining nook perfect for morning coffee.

Bedroom #1 has king size bed and lots of built in storage. And bedroom #2 has a set of twin bunk beds, and even a little built in desk with art supplies for the young ones.

Curl up on the comfy couches in front of the large great room fireplace to read or to watch TV. Next to the greatroom there is a spare room/flex room that has french doors that lead you out to the back patio. This room also has a comfortable queen size pull out couch.

The bungalow sleeps 6 comfortably.

The bungalow is pet friendly so bring your fur baby and explore the local park trails or play in the water at the dog parks located in Crescent Beach just down the hill. The bungalow comes equipped with a doggy bed, pet bowls and doggy waste bags too. too. Pets must listed on your reservation be fully housetrained and are not to be left unattended for extended periods of time.

A short drive from the bungalow is Ocean Park Village center where you will find a Safeway, Starbucks, a fresh produce market, pharmacy, pub, liquor store and other specialty stores. The bungalow is located a block from Fieldstones bakery, the best local bakery. And located in the same complex is a cute coffee shop called Dudes that has great handcrafted coffees and an amazing weekend brunch menu.

The bungalow is a short drive from White Rock and all the action of their boardwalk and the many restaurants to explore. It is conveniently located close to the US/Canada border. And a 10min drive to the hwy to access Vancouver. The bungalow has parking for up to 2 vehicles.

The bungalow also has 220V outlet for EV car charging. Access to a Tesla charger is also available ⚡️

Owner/Host lives in a home on a property next door to the bungalow property. We are available anytime should the need arise during stays.

Idyllic Cottage Stay

We had an incredible stay at this special place. It is so beautifully decorated, comfy couches and beds and so convenient to White Rock and Crescent Beach. Every detail was so thoughtful and being greeted with fresh lilac flowers in a nautical vase on the counter was absolutely lovely! We can’t thank you enough and definitely plan to return. We loved it!

Charming Bungalow!

Crescent Park Heritage Bungalow exceeded our expectations for our 4 night stay prior to a cruise. It is better than the photos. The kitchen had everything and then some needed for cooking. Instructions for checking in were clear. We enjoyed exploring the area and look forward to returning.

Great stay

The house was perfect for us. The interior was very homey and well decorated. Wonderful amenities and exceeded our expectations. Our pup was able to stay too; water and food bowls laid out for him and his own bed in the bedroom. Backs on to a large park and close enough to the beach Very happy with the stay!

Great place

Sara has been a great host throughout the process- very prompt and helpful. Crescent Beach was a perfect location for my family. The bungalow was very well equipped and we would be so pleased to return. Thanks for the restaurant recommendations too - Cabin was excellent!

Such a special place!

My husband, son, and I have stayed in over a dozen VRBOs over the years. We love to explore new places and have a few that are at the top of our list but this one is #1! Not only did we love the neighborhood but the house was perfection. Beautifully decorated, ultra comfortable, and had everything we could need and more. Our hosts made us feel so welcomed even though we never met face to face. We can’t wait to plan another trip to this special place in our hearts

Heritage bungalow in great location!

Nicely appointed bungalow in south Surrey, minutes away from Crescent Beach and White Rock Beach. Bungalow is located close to Crescent Beach (20 minute walk) and adjacent to Crescent Park forest hiking trails (property backs the forest). Great communication! Owners were very friendly and quick to respond to any questions. Will stay again when we visit area in the future!

A getaway retreat

It qas a magical bungalow. It felt like home. It was cozy but classy, had absolutely everything we needes and extras we didn't need but thoroughly enjoyed (like Tofino soap and darke chocolate). Close to the beach and forest. Could not have asked for a bettwr place to stay.

Classy Comfortable Cottage

What a beautiful place to spend a week! The space was more than enough for my hubby and I and our two teen daughters. The thoughtful touches through out made for an exceptional stay. The host was easy to communicate with and went over and above to accommodate an extra request I made. We loved it so much we extended our stay! The bakery, coffee shop, park, beach and restaurants nearby are all gems.

We loved staying at this property and beautifully decorated cottage/house. Butting up against a park you feel like you are sitting in nature. The backyard is very cute with sitting areas and fire pits. The garden blooms with flowers. It is truly a pleasure to stay here. A nice walk to the beach where you can find restaurants as well. Also bakeries are just around the corner for coffee and pastries.

My husband and I decided to spend our 30th anniversary in BC. We’ve stayed many places through the years and I will say this place was nearly perfect! Exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated and abundantly stocked. I finally found a place that loves pillows and blankets as much as I do! The kitchen has everything you could need to cook any meal. I really appreciate they do not use fragrances in their linen soaps. Both the inside and outside areas are relaxing spaces to be. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants & coffee, and a gorgeous park right behind the house. Lastly, the neighborhood it is located in is high end and felt very safe. The street it is located on is busy, so I would say the street noise was loud on occasions (out of the hosts control), but otherwise this place was perfect! Great, easy communication with host. Our dog was also welcomed with a bed, blanket and bowls for food and water. I wouldn’t hesitate to come again. Thank you!

Nice Comfortable Bungalow

We were very pleased with the bungalow. It had everything you would expect for a couple or a family to enjoy and feel at home. The furnishings were comfortable and stylish. The beds were comfortable for 2 adults and a child (probably could have up to three children.) The kitchen was lovely and well supplied with everything you need . It’s located on the main thoroughfare ,with a beautiful forest park just behind it. The beach is not too far away so there’s plenty to see and do in the area.

Soul Soother

This bungalow was perfect! Spacious, superb cleanliness, private and peaceful. The home was fully appointed and in need of nothing from the traveler. We were able to literally step outside of the bungalow and into the expansive beauty of Crescent Park. The Fall colors were lovely. Having a bakery and coffee shop at the corner was a treat. We will be returning without question. And, Sara consistently answered inquiries quickly. This is a very special place.
