Sea Breeze is a beautiful home, recently featured on the 2016 Carillon Beach Home Tour. It comfortably sleeps eight (8) in individual beds, no sleeper sofas. When we purchased Sea Breeze, we completed updates, renovations, new mechanical equipment, added furnishings and we are now offering this exclusive home to friends and guests. Sea Breeze is located directly across the street from the beach on private Lake Carillon. If you want convenience and privacy, Sea Breeze fits the bill. The main pool and Beach Club with beach access is located to the right, approximately 20 meters from the front door. A second beach access walkover is located to the left approximately 25 meters, from the front door. Sea Breeze is located in the upscale and gated community of Carillon Beach, a short 3 miles from Rosemary Beach. The home is exquisitely furnished and comes complete with everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation.

Sea Breeze is a three bedroom home with a tower bunk room, three full baths with one of the baths has a tub for further relaxation. The three bedrooms are considered master bedroom suites since all three have a private bathroom. The first master bedroom is on the main floor of the home, so one does not need to climb stairs. This downstairs bedroom contains a king size bed with a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second master bedroom on the second floor is overlooking the private lake and has a private balcony which stretches the entire length of the home and includes a king size bed with a private bath featuring a Jacuzzi tub & shower. The third master bedroom on the second floor has a wonderful view of the ocean and beach. Enjoy the expansive private balcony which stretches the entire length of the home. This room includes a king size bed, a twin day bed as well as a twin trundle bed. The forth sleeping room is on the third floor and provides guests with striking 360 degree views of the community, lake and beach from a height of about 50 feet. This room contains two twin beds. All rooms include large HDTV televisions.

The main floor includes a large den for gatherings and relaxing and features a large HDTV television, as well as books and games to make your stay memorable. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked for those who enjoy preparing a great meal after a fantastic day at the beach. The dining area is large enough for all guests to enjoy all their meals or take advantage of the screened in porch or outside dining areas for casual dining. The relaxing view of the lake from the back of the house sets the scene for a wonderful evening. There is also a gas grill for those who wish to BBQ. A large capacity washer and dryer are located upstairs for your convenience.

For your beach enjoyment, Sea Breeze comes with two lounging beach chairs and an umbrella, specifically reserved for you. For your convenience, the home is equipped with high speed internet and Wi-Fi for those who want to stream music, download movies and check email for any of life’s necessities while on vacation.

Carillon Beach is a secure and private environment which will assure you a pleasant stay and allows you to ride bikes throughout the community without the hassle of traffic. Carillon Beach has recently implemented a one time per car fee. Be sure to visit the shops & restaurants on Highway 30A, but come back to Carillon Beach to relax. Carillon Beach community provides a number of options for activities, shops and restaurants to enjoy. Choose from bicycling through the community, paddle boards in the lake or ocean, tennis, pool swimming in three different pools and outdoor concerts during summer months and of course the gorgeous, Emerald Coast beach. Explore Lake Powell and Camp Helen State Park located next to Carillon Beach. All these activities are a short walk from your front door at Sea Breeze.

Other activities include Pier Park located 4 miles away which includes shopping, restaurants and theaters. For those who wish to fly to Carillon, Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) is located a short 17 miles away. Grocery store shopping is located 600 feet down the street from the main entrance to Carillon Beach. Choose from Publix or Winn-Dixie.
