Nestled in this quiet, friendly gated community with stunning greenbelt views (and no golf balls to ruin your peaceful vacation!), you'll feel like royalty in your own private courtyard complete with a cozy fire pit, shaded awning, and comfortable seating and Weber BBQ. No one above or beside you.. peace. And with the JW Marriott Resort just next door, you'll never have to leave the luxury experience.
Enjoy a daily float or evening dip in one of the 15 newly renovated pools and spas (one just 50 steps away) or hanging out poolside in a lounger. Or take a 2 minute walk to the tennis and pickleball courts, the fitness centre or join a lesson or workshop hosted through the community center
And if that's not enough to make you pack your bags, our location is prime. Walk to grocery stores, a few delicious restaurants, and a golf course across the way. Plus, you’ll be just minutes to the famous shops and restaurants along El Paseo, 10 minutes to Indian Wells, 15 minutes to La Quinta, and 20 minutes to Palm Springs and the airport.
