Open plan living, dining and kitchen with slow combustion fire - great for the cooler months with firewood supplied.
Living area complete with reverse cycle air conditioning.
From living area are step out to covered front verandah with lounge area and BBQ.
Perfect for a lazy afternoon of relaxing - sit back and enjoy the afternoon sea breeze and the sound of the waves breaking on Collingwood Beach.
Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine with pods supplied for arrival.
3 bedrooms all with ceiling fans.
Bedroom 1 has reverse cycle air conditioning plus ensuite.
4th bedroom / rumpus room with 2 sets bunks and an array of books and games.
Laundry with washing machine + dryer + 3rd shower.
Seperate 3rd toilet.
Area downstairs which is set up for the kids - great for a rainy day,
with video games and toys - Wii + Playstation 3 and a pool table.
Can also be used for bike, kayak and surfboard storage.
Fully fenced back yard with outdoor setting.
Garage not available.

Off Street parking and room for a boat.

The location
Jacs Joint is ideally situated on Elizabeth Drive, Vincentia only 100 metres to the beautiful sands of Collingwood Beach (not pet friendly beach) which is ideal for swimming, snorkelling, stand up paddling, kayaking or simply relaxing.

Also just 50 metres away is the Jervis Bay Foreshore Cycleway walkway. Head north to the Hub of Jervis Bay - Huskisson - or head south and follow the White Sands Track through to the world famous white sands of Hyams Beach.
10 minute leisurely stroll to Moona Moona Creek - perfect for the younger kids to splash in the water and for the adults to relax or go for a paddle board.

Collingwood Beach is just across the road.

Great property and location

Great property, has everything needed for family, children or group of adults. Very short walk to the beach (just across the road) and not far from shops. Great communications from the managers. Overall highly recommended.

Such a beautiful clean and tidy and thoughtful stay, for a family/ families. A+. The kids were catered for, and the adults. Just what we wanted. Handy to Moonie and Beach. The all of us loved it Thank you 👍

Great family vacation house!

A short 3 min walk to the beach. Lots of room. Kids play room under the house, it had everything required for 6 adults and 4 kids! We will be back!

Lovely home, great location!

We had a very relaxing stay in a house we’ll equipped for all ages. Very neat and tidy with generous sized rooms. Excellent location, close to beach, parks and shops.
