This recently renovated townhome offers the perfect location and so much more. Easy winter access along with a short walk to the slopes at Timberline ! The well-stocked kitchen and open floor plan provide all the essentials for a friends and family gathering. The master bath offers a walk-in shower. The entire house offers lots of extras! Inside enjoy multiple TV's and WIFI. Step outside and let the adventure begin. In winter, Paradise Falls offers a short walk to the slopes at Timberline Mountain and a healthy path to the cross-country trails at White Grass. Summer visitors will be happy to find easy access to fishing pond, tennis court and several hiking trails. Mr. Webster tells us that paradise is a place of extreme beauty, delight, or happiness. Enough said. Welcome to Paradise Falls!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was perfect for our needs and a great place to stay during our visit to Timberline. House had everything we could need. We had three adults and a toddler and there was plenty of room to stretch out and play. We enjoyed the gas fireplace on the cold evenings and the views were hard to beat. Beds were very comfy. The laundry room worked great for drying ski gear and keeping gear out of the way. WiFi was fast with no issues streaming on our Roku or surfing the web. It is a bit of a walk to Timberline so it's easier to drop off/pick up any guests who may be skiing. The neighborhood was quiet and good for walks on the warmer than expected days. Would definitely stay here again!

Early summer get-a-way

Cleanest property we have ever stayed in. Fantastic view of the mountains. Location is perfect for hiking and fishing. Town of Davis and Blackwater Falls is a short drive. We loved it and plan on staying in this house again. GRAND SLAM!

We loved it!

We loved staying in this rental! It looks just like the photos and the view was spectacular. It was impeccably clean and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was-- it had lots of spices and cooking utensils. The wifi was also great too. The property managers were also helpful and responsive to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend staying here!
