Guests interested in a bit of adventure need look no further than the immediate vicinity of the rental. A number of amenities, including Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort, Magic Springs Amusement Park, and Hot Springs National Park, are available within a short drive of the studio. Those with a preference for quiet days near home are welcome to make use of the community pavilion, complete with a swimming dock and charcoal grills.

Non-Pet Friendly Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 penalty fee.

We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries, and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.
