The 2nd guest bedroom has (1)twin bed plus a full bed/twin bunk bed set and a large closet. There is a second full bath upstairs with a tub/shower unit.

The third bedroom is located on the lower floor and has a Sleeper couch enabling the room to be used as a study. A third full bath, with a clear-glass shower, serves the lower floor living area and bedroom.

The large, outdoor private patio has a gas BBQ, a large Dining Table and Chairs...perfect for enjoying beautiful desert evenings. Steps away is the newly renovated community pool and spa featuring a travertine-paver patio, new outdoor furniture and community gas BBQ's.

Great location and host!

We had an amazing time on our holiday. It was steps away from a golf course, pool and trail system. We walked for morning coffee and then headed to the pool. The host was great at communicating and accommodating our family. Definitely will want to stay here again.

I loved how close we were to golf, gym, grocery store, water, bike trails, Old Town and great restaurants!! great location. The amenities in the house were also amazing!! everything you could need and more!

Condo was very nice. Great location. Had trouble getting gate to open on arrival...was midnight and no one was around....apparently need to punch #'s real fast....once in condo..remote for gate was avail.

Great location, great unit

Mi wife and I have stayed in this townhouse a couple times for weekend getaways and love it. We've also had our family there with us and it worked well for all of us. Comfortable, close to everything, and very quiet. The outdoor patio is particularly nice - good size, nice table and BBQ all make it work. Internet worked great. Kitchen has nice appliances and everything you need. Garage was an unexpected luxury. The walking/bike trail that runs right by the complex is fantastic and Silverado is a really nice golf course that's fun to play. And, don't miss a glass of wine at Terroir Wine Pub in the shopping center on the other side of Indian Bend. Easy walking distance. I'd definitely refer my friends and we look forward to our next visit.
