This sunny, modern, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac where children regularly play out in the street on bikes and scooters. The house has an open plan living/dining/kitchen space with two outside areas on opposite sides of the house affording morning and afternoon sun/shade and shelter from the wind. The back is fully fenced to keep the young ones in and out front there is ample off street parking.
When the weather does not go to plan, there are books, jigsaw puzzles and board games to keep you entertained and alternatively bring your own sky box or use the Smart TV to connect to your Netflix or other streaming account.
This is a perfect base for your family holiday in Mangawhai Heads with only a 5 minute drive to the estuary, surf beach, shops and restaurants. Alternately take the bush track that runs close to the property and have a picturesque walk into the centre of Mangawhai Heads.
NB: Small dogs may be permitted on request.

LINEN OPTIONS: To keep your holiday more affordable, for this property we offer linen as an optional extra for guests who prefer to bring their own. If you choose to bring your own linen, you will need to supply top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels and bath mats. Pillows, Duvets and Duvet covers will be provided.
Alternatively, a rental linen package is available for $25 per person. To request this service, please add a note to your booking specifying the number of people requiring linen and which beds you would like prepared.
