Towels and linens were included, none when we got there, after holding on the phone for an hour, finally was able to talk to someone, they did send them in about an hour. No hot water, another hour on the phone, maybe next day they could get someone out. After looking at the hot water valves, i found out someone had turned off the hot water. got that fixed. Pictures of the unit must have been taken 20 years ago, chipped paint, worn out furniture, reminded me of motel 6. Patio furniture was cheap dollar store stuff so dirty and nasty we went out and bought new cheap chairs to sit in. Floors were so dirty even our shoes were black, we were afraid to go barefoot. Mold all around shower. What a dump.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're truly sorry to hear about the number of issues you encountered during your stay — from the missing linens and lack of hot water to the condition of the furniture, cleanliness, and overall state of the unit. This is not the experience we aim to provide, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration it caused. We appreciate you troubleshooting the hot water issue yourself, though we regret that you were left to handle something that should have been addressed before your arrival. It’s also clear that the unit did not meet expectations based on its listing, and your comments about the cleanliness and furnishings are deeply concerning. We've already flagged this property for a full inspection and are working with both the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure immediate improvements are made. While it's clear we missed the mark during your stay, your feedback is extremely valuable and will help us correct these problems moving forward. We appreciate you bringing them to our attention and hope you'll consider giving us another opportunity in the future to provide the experience you originally expected.
