Please be advised that a condo building is being built on the property next to Paradise Beach Club. There is currently no active construction or noise on-site and it will not impact any building amenities, like the pool or beach access. The building is set further back from the ocean than Paradise Beach Club so you will still have a view of the beautiful beach & ocean but the new building is visible from the balcony.

🐾 Please Note: While dogs are welcome in this condo, the beach directly in front of the building is not pet-friendly. However, there are several dog-friendly beach spots just a short drive away—perfect for an oceanside walk with your pup!

This rental was perfect, pretty much as pictured. This is our 2nd time staying on this property, and we enjoyed it as much as our first time. Loved that there were beach chairs, an umbrella, and cooler provided. Seems like it was standard with each unit. Only negative was that we couldn’t find any carts to use to haul our stuff up to the unit.

Amazing Vacation

We had an amazing 2 weeks stay at Paradise Beach Club in Satellite Beach the condo we rented was absolutely beautiful and had everything there that we needed for our stay. I highly recommend renting a condo for your next vacation the pool is very nice and the ocean is absolutely beautiful Taylor was amazing to deal with and very responsive and accommodating see you again next time

Great getaway for family

Great place to take the family on a getaway. Property is directly on beach so it’s easy with little ones. Plenty of hoses to rinse off sand accessible to all condos, great pool area with grassy sections for kids, large grilling area. Appreciated the luggage carts available for loading and unloading. Happy with cleanliness.

Awesomly Relaxing Vaca

Property Manager Taylor, was outstanding every step of the way. She answered emailed questions ahead of our trip within 24 hours and checked in with us a few times during our stay to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. Top notch service! The matresses and pillows in this condo are super comfortable. The only thing that was different than expected from picture is the living room furniture was not as pictured. It now has a leather sofa and two chairs. The heated pool is outstanding. Warmest pool we have ever enjoyed on vacation. The beach was so clean and just steps from the condo. Every condo at Paradise Beach Club is just steps to pool and beach. The elevator was a huge plus. The outside maintance manager, Christian, was very kind and clearly cared about keeping everything looking good and working well. The location of Condo is a huge plus. Publix, Pizza Hut, Mcdonalds and Taco Bell across the street with many nicer local eateries up and down the Jimmy Buffet Memorial Highway. We enjoyed 5 full days at the beach and pool and one day we traveled just a little over 2 hours to St. Augustine and took the trolly around the historic city. It was a fantastic vacation. We will return to Paradise Beach Club for sure, because of the great service, cleanliness and great location. Sharon H

Very enjoyable stay!

Property was clean and so easy to access! Property manager was great and answered questions very fast! It was nice to have chairs, boogie boards etc on property. The mattresses on the double beds could use an update, but no other complaints. Decor was really nice and access to the beach was fantastic! Loved it!

Anniversary trip

A return trip for us to PBC. Usually with family, but just husband and I. Unit was just what we have come to expect…clean, well appointed and stocked with everything we needed (especially in the kitchen). Washer and dryer in the unit was a huge plus! We’ll be back! Thanks for all the effort

Beautiful Ocean View!

This is a beautiful beachfront condo! The view from the balcony is stunning! Waking up to the sound of the ocean was wonderful and the pool is perfect for families! One caveat is that there is a seawall, and only one set of stairs to reach the beach from it. No ramp, which for me would have been a major improvement.

Vacation

We come to Cocoa Beach quite often, and we always stay at Paradise Beach Club with stayincocoabeach.com. Communication is always excellent, check in is extremely easy, and the rooms are clean and well stocked. The only suggestion I have is to change the mattresses in the spare room. Not too big a problem if you put kids in that room, but extremely uncomfortable for the adults. Since this last trip was only my sister and me, we just slept in the master bedroom, which was incredibly comfortable. Even with this, I still give the room 5 stars!

What a wonderful time at Paradise Beach Club!!!

My son, daughter in law and I stayed at Paradise Beach Club in Satellite Beach, Florida, last week for 7 days. We had a wonderful time!!! I can't say enough about the communication that I had with Emma at StayincocoaBeach.com. She was on top of everything, and if I had any questions, she was there for me. Via email, text, or phone, she responded quickly, and even on Saturday, Sunday and evenings! I just had a few quick questions over the weekend, thinking she would respond on Monday, but I had a response within a few minutes each time. I talk about communication, as that is so important to feel comfortable when you are in a place that is strange to you, and to know that they are there for you and that everything is taken care of for you. The condo was just as advertised, and all was as we were told. We even had great weather!! Thank you to Emma and StayAtCocoaBeach.com for a wonderful time!! Nice but need a little TLC

The location is quite nice. Very practical to have a grocery store across the street. Mostly quiet but while we were there, some renovation work seemed to have been going on. Mind you, if the weather would have been nice, it most likely would have not bothered us but unfortunate many days had to be spent in the condo. Sofas in living room are not super comfortable. — BBQs ARE NOT GAS but briquets. We were told that they replenish them regularly but not once was there any. Bought them the entire time. —- We love clean. When we arrive the floor in the living room and passage were dirty. No mope in condo. We’re told to buy one and they would reimburse us. The main areas are mostly clean but corners and edges are obviously done fast. Doors are sticky. The door of the small washroom takes lots of effort to close. The toilet paper holder is broken and falls down. —- one of the foot holding of a chair on the balcony is broken. — 2 doors cupboards in kitchen won’t close. We had what we needed to cook. The kitchen was clean. Oven works well but is old. — If you are caring for your car, don’t park close to the building as they hose down the back concrete balconies each day and it will water down you car with dirty water. —- beds were not what we consider comfortable but maybe its just us. With all of that said, the view is beautiful, and it’s a good enough little condo. Just would need a little more to tender care.

Another wonderful stay!

PBC has become our home away from home. After a two year hiatus, (due to covid) we returned to find many updates and improvements. Unit 445 was updated and a washer & dryer was added inside the unit (a game changer for a 10 day stay). A brand new seawall and landing to the beach that added a few feet to the pool deck. New railings to the balconies, the pavers that were under construction last visit are now complete (so much nicer that the crushed shell), and the pool is maintained every morning before sunrise so it's nice and fresh as soon as day breaks. Service is top notch as well, especially for privately owned units. The on-site Super/Manager's are great! Everything is kept up nicely, and he even climbed on the roof to retrieve another guest's glider after a wind gust blew it up there. We had a brief problem with the air conditioning, but after an email to Zareh, it was back up and running in under an hour! Another draw for us, are the type of guests this facility attracts. Almost everyone is happy and friendly. If you like to engage with other people, you can always find others to hang out with at the pool or walk with you on the beach. If you like you're privacy, people leave you alone and there is plenty of room on the beach or other areas like the two grills w/picnic tables and even a secluded "smoking area" up front where some people who don't smoke will sit and relax when they need a little "alone time". We even had a little "launch party" with several other guests to watch a Starlink night lauch. Of course, there are also the other features such as books, puzzles, beach equipment in each room, community pool toys, shuffle board, small gym, two fenced in dog areas, nearby shopping center across the street, the Barrier Island Sanctuary is only a short ride south (I highly recommend, especially for sea turtle lovers), and "Surf & Turtle" ice cream shop a few blocks south serves beef & bone ice cream sundaes for your furry friends. All in all, we really enjoy PBC and look forward to returning many times for future relaxation and adventures. Matt & Tina, Polk City, FL
