SOONER THE BETTER is the personification of a relaxing getaway! This charming home boasts 5 generous bedrooms and 4 full baths. The open-concept living area welcomes you with a beautifully decorated living room with plenty of comfortable seating, and is open to the extensive and newly remodeled kitchen and dining room. The kitchen has lovely white cabinets, granite countertops, open island with 5 barstools and stainless appliances. Best of all, the home comes very well stocked with just about everything the owner chef could imagine!
The laundry room has a full washer and dryer and is conveniently located in the hallway just off the kitchen.
A lovely dining table with amble seating for 6, open to the kitchen and living room. The Master bedroom on this level, is located on the West side of the home, with a lovely king bed, private bathroom and private access to both the front and back screen porches.
The guest bedrooms on this level are located on the East side of the home. Two bedrooms with Queen beds each and one bedroom with two Twin beds, and two full bathrooms. One King room and the Twin room both have direct access to the front screen porch.
The front of the house has generous screen porches on both sides of the entry, with an ample amount of cozy and comfortable seating, and a screen porch on the backside of the home, just off the kitchen, perfect for relaxing with a good book.
The top level has a splendid large second Master suite with a newly updated bathroom and features a lovely private sitting area, with TV, and coffee bar.
The outside features an expansive private pool with a large pool deck and plenty of lounge space. Just across the street is a sandy beach path or the Plantations boardwalk, either way its just a short few steps to paradise!
The fireplace and widows walk are not for guest use. This home is conveniently located and set up for family groups of all ages with all the amenities and the easy access.
