It is located about 5 minutes to Hamlin Lake's North Bayou and access. The home is fully equipped. Bedroom one offers a queen size bed while the second bedroom offer a bunk set with a full bed on the bottom and single bed on the top. Come vacation in this wooded haven, while enjoying all the comforts of home including Wi-Fi, a SmartTV and central air conditioning. The large, secluded back yard with a fire pit and gas grill, invites you to sit back and enjoy the beauty of nature or bask in the summer sun. The home is located within 15 minutes of the Ludington State Park and the award winning beaches of Lake Michigan. It is also about 20 minutes from the Manistee National Forest and Downtown Ludington.

Second stay at Dave's Comfy Cottage

This was our second stay at Dave's Comfy cottage and it was even better then the first from some upgrades. Cottage is well-equipped with everything you need on a trip and we love the backyard and fire pit with firewood included.

Tucked away in woods but close enough for everything Ludington has to offer.

We’ve now stayed at Dave’s Comfy Cottage a few times and it is always as expected. We love Ludington!! Mother Nature did not behave this trip, but we still enjoyed our week. The new Dollar General on Jebavy has great prices and super convenient!!!

Vacation at Dave’s Comfy Cottage

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our second stay at this cottage early in August. The wooded yard is very nice and private. Feels like camping complete with lawn chairs, large fire ring and lots of wood to burn. The cottage is charming and has all the necessities and little extras that make vacation fun. The location is not far from Ludington State Park which our family enjoys. We look forward to staying here again.
