This upstairs one bedroom is the perfect quaint retreat for you! Soak in the glow of the hardwood floors and the tree filled window views! Fast wifi, nice flatscreen tv, claw foot tub, and a partial kitchen (no stove/oven) to ensure your comfort!

A very nice find

We visited Memphis for the Liberty Bowl and NYE. For the price, this was a great place to stay. It is conveniently located for places we wanted to visit. Nothing was more than 15 minutes away. The apartment is very spacious and cute. We do recommend staying here, but there are some things to be aware of: Window AC units were left in during the winter, which wouldn't be a problem except that there were visible gaps between the unit and the window, allowing cold air and noise in. The tub was cute, but relatively small. The sink in the kitchen did not seem to give even warm water, which was only an issue when we wanted to wash the dishes. There wasn't a good outlet to plug in the coffee maker in the kitchen. We couldn't find a hair dryer. A second bedside table would be nice. Again, we highly recommend staying here. We would stay again if we return to Memphis.
