o We do not charge a security deposit and instead we hold a CC to place on file just like a hotel.

o We will also ask for ID and the CC used at time of booking to be present at time of check in, just like a hotel.

o Occupancy is limited to (max occupancy), any additional guest will be charged at $250/person/day

o No Bachelor Parties, Weddings or Other Events

o No loud noise after 9pm. Violation could result in removal without refund.

o Cancellation of a reservation will result in a loss of all rents paid. Reservations are Non-Refundable

Beautiful Property

I just returned from staying at this house with 11 girlfriends and we can’t wait to go back!

This house was spotless and well maintained with plenty of extras like pool towels, wine refrigerator, enormous range, BBQ grill, hairdryer, washer / dryer and so much more – they thought of everything! There was tons of space and the views are incredible! You will find many places outside on the deck or at the pool to watch the sunset and just take in the breathtaking scenery. All the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms are HUGE, and the daily housekeeping service was the icing on the cake!

This house was the perfect size for a group of 10-12 people. It was a convenient to OldTown, hiking trails, coffee shop, grocery store, and the airport. All the communication prior and during the trip was answered promptly and super accommodating.

Loved the view of this home, and the floor plan of this home. Loved being able to sit outside with my husband and watch the sun set. Definitely had a romantic, relaxing stay in Scottsdale! HolidayRental gave me a great experience I will remember forever! Great service & staff, 10/10 would recommend

Romantic Getaway

Great location, loved being able to see the whole city! My wife loved being on the mountain, and how they take care of cleaning/toiletries better than a hotel.

Also, they give you a tour of the home upon arrival which also made it a STRESS-FREE check in, definitely will be booking with HOLIDAYRENTAL for my business trip in may!

Great views

Met with the owner, was a very nice guy and clearly wanted to ensure we had the best stay possible. The house plenty big for our family of 8 that includes two boys - late teen and early twenty. We love coming to visit Scottsdale for the scenery and hiking and this villa provided scenic views on top of the famous Camelback Mountain in Scottsdale. We used a chef that the owner recommended to us and it really was a nice touch to the entire trip. 2 thumbs up from our group and we will be coming back again!
