Beautiful 1 bedroom with 1.5 bathrooms unit on the sand. Sleeps 2.
The most incredible sunsets just outside your door! Restaurants and cafes galore within a 5 minute walk.
Light and bright condo with beautiful furnishings. Ceiling fans and electric blinds in both rooms.
City view on the 3rd floor with elevator.
Great terrace with table and chairs for an intimate breakfast al fresco.
Brand new bathroom with walk in shower. Flat screen tvs in bedroom and wifi . Queen sizeadjustable bed with brand new, high end mattress.
Beach chairs, beach towels and umbrella supplied. This is a non smoking unit and non smoking building and no pets. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Application required by building and fees associated are the responsibility of guests. They are to be submitted with reservation for approval. Please allow minimum 10 days. Application fee to accompany the application when submitting, is currently $150.

Important: This condo is currently listed for sale. Guests will be notified at least 24 hrs before any/all showings. Please honor showings when possible.
Should condo sell, contract will state must honor rentals in place.

Lovey spot to vacation!

Denise was wonderful with accommodating check-in and check-out times based on our flight times and was very easy to communicate with! The unit was true to the photos, clean and very comfortable. Both the pool and beach areas were easy to get to and quiet for a relaxing vacation!

Beautiful Area

This property is nice and clean and in a beautiful neighborhood. You walk out to a pool area and then you can get to the most amazing beach area.

Spring getaway

Denise was an excellent host. Her place was clean and well appointed. Her sea shell collection is admirable! We loved the pool and beachfront access. Denise knows the island well and offered fantastic recommendations. I would definitely book this property again.

Amazing

Denise is so kind and her condo is perfect. Usually we look forward to coming home to our own bed, because rentals have the worst mattresses. Not at Denise’s condo, we slept so well. Enjoyed the beach each day, and the close proximity of restaurants. Will definitely stay here again!

Fantastic!

Our stay couldn't have been better! The property was immaculate, the location was fantastic, and the condo was just perfect. We had everything we needed, the kitchen was well-appointed and the proximity to the beach was just what we wanted. The condo property is very quiet, and meticulously cared for. It had grills, which we wanted, and a great pool area. Denise was a delight to work with. Thanks for an awesome visit.

Great place and beach was beautiful!!

Other than construction noise first thing in the morning, the accommodations were perfect for me. The beach was great, weather was fantastic and people were so friendly. Wouldn't hesitate to go back!

Super place to stay in an ideal location.

Beautiful, well kept condominium in a great island location. Walk, bike or short drive to Marco's best restaurants and shopping. Also, right on the beach so great place to watch amazing sunsets. Can't wait to visit again!
