From the owner: "Hi Denise, we’re truly sorry your stay had to be canceled due to the frozen pipes. We understand how disappointing it must have been, especially with your plans for your son that weekend. Unfortunately, despite our efforts to thaw the pipes and get a plumber out as quickly as possible, the severe weather in the area caused widespread issues, and we were unable to resolve things in time. We made sure you received a full refund, but we genuinely regret that we couldn’t host you as planned. Thank you for sharing your feedback with us."
