Great vacation; Great place to stay. Very comfortable, high end condo with fabulous marina view. Property very clean and fully loaded with all the necessities you need for a fabulous two week stay. Will return again next year.

Peacefully pleasant vacation condo.

Condo owner was abundantly helpful throughout the entire process of planning and during our stay. The location would be more favorable closer to towns but was tolerable. We definitely enjoyed our 1 week stay and wished it were longer. Will absolutely consider booking here again if returning to Florida.

The view- The community

We loved our stay here! The condo itself is absolutely lovely it has everything need. We enjoyed our time at the pool, morning walks, sitting on the lanai overlooking looking in the marina and watching the Manatee play. Very relaxing vacation just what we needed!

Super Location

We had a great stay! Check-in process was simple. If you like the water and boats, this condo is for you! The lanai had great views of the harbor. We saw manatee every day. The hiking paths were wonderful. Location is 15 minutes to Cape Coral and 15 minutes to Punta Gorda. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The good/ the bad

Property was immaculately clean and view was wonderful. Hosts were easily available for our problems, which were many. Their directions from Ft. Myer Airport were impossible to follow. Then gate security did not have our name to let us in. Then elevator to unit broken. Hard to access unit using code. Worst was our rental car had alot of damage due to hit and run while parked by unit. Weather was awful. We need a vacation from our vacation!

I’m glad you found our unit immaculately clean and the views are quite gorgeous for sure. All of the previous VRBO reviews reflect that same sentiment by giving us a 5 star review. In regards to the directions to the unit, we provide very specific information that helps renters arrive at the main gate versus the owners entrance which is where a GPS will instruct to go if relying on GPS. Your registration was properly entered at the front gate prior to your arrival, unfortunately the gate agent did not follow the correct procedure to find your registration which was confirmed by the captain of the marina. I apologize the elevator closest to our unit was not working upon your arrival however I’m glad you were able to use the other elevator in the building located immediately down the hall. Our HOA board member responded quickly upon reporting of the elevator being down in the evening and was able to get elevator repaired the very next day. I am sorry your rental car was damaged by a person who was irresponsible and not respectable in failing to leave a note, contacting our on-site property management employee or the police. We did notify our HOA as soon as you provided us the update of the incident as well as encouraged you to contact the police. This certainly has never happened in our years of owning the unit. The weather was uncommon for the time of year as most of the country was going through very extreme weather with low temps including parts of Florida with snow which is exceptionally uncommon and one for the history books. Thank you for being a good communicator. I am glad you found my husband and I very readily accessible and gave good communication prior to and during your stay. While these incidents were out of our control, we were able to respond to you in a very timely manner to help you through these issues as swiftly as possible.

Perfect spot, exceeded our expectations !

We were looking for a place to stay near the town of Punta Gorda for a winter escape and came across this listing. Normally, after using VRBO about a dozen times over the years, we would not have picked a place without any reviews but the pictures and description seemed authentic and we took a chance. Are we glad we did, this condo was absolutely perfect for us. It has a screened in lanai that has sliding glass door access from both living room and master bedroom. Every morning we would enjoy breakfast or coffee overlooking this peaceful and attractive marina. Being on the third floor we had a great view and found it surprisingly quiet. When you looked out into the marina from either room you knew you were somewhere special. The unit was attractively furnished, bed very comfortable, very quiet AC, abundant closet space and well equipped kitchen and in unit washer/dryer. This location is about 20 minutes drive to city of Punta Gorda and its waterfront, with its FREE full day bike share program (basic single speed-foot brake with helmets and lock), numerous bars, restaurants, waterfront dining, live music, and waterfront "harbor walk". Also a good central location for day trips to many beautiful barrier islands with great beaches and state parks from Sarasota with its Siesta Key and Turtle beach to Sanibel and Captiva islands with the "Ding" national wildlife refuge. My wife and I did much exploring during our 2 week stay in December and are coming back next year for more.

The host Megan was wonderful to work with!The accommodations were clean, and well maintained . View of marina from lanai was peaceful to watch with your coffee or your favorite adult beverage.
