Beautiful and newly renovated cottage on the Muskoka river with BOATHOUSE! 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, living and dining area in the main cottage and 2 living spaces in the boathouse are exceptional for kids. Vaulted ceilings, clean laminate flooring, and modern appliances to help you enjoy your time away from home.

The shallow beach front with gradual slope is great for young families. The upper deck of the boathouse provides panoramic views of the water and great sunsets. The property sits on 112' of water front, the cottage is 1600sqft and the boathouse is 400sqft.

Please note that the cottage is in a family friendly area with neighbors on both sides. Guests more suited for this rental are families looking for a getaway. Suitable for up to 4 adults and 3 children at most. (Thank you)

Main cottage has A/C, satellite tv, wireless internet.
Satellite tv in the boathouse.

Very close proximity to the mouth of lake MUSKOKA with boat access to more stunning boating then you'll have time to experience.

Mobile hub internet and wifi is consistent, however in the summer in muskoka speeds can slow down as the population increases.

**Portable fire place in the photos on the boathouse is not included.

Best vacation. Ever.

We wish we could go back in time and spend the week here again. We just got home from the most perfect week in Muskoka. Your home is amazing. We have a son that has difficulty walking and your property was everything he needed and more. Clean, cozy, accessible…just a perfect home and spot on the river. We rented jet skis for two days, to top off the perfection. The neighbors are awesome and they loved our dog. She was able to frock in the water with us and them! We are keeping our fingers and toes crossed that we can stay in this exact home again next year. Thank you…for the most perfect family getaway. We reconnected and unplugged. Truly our best vacation ever.

Perfect for kids

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage! We had 5 kids and 4 adults. Two boats and a dog. We had lots of space to move around and had many of the comforts of home. The beach was a bit! Nice and shallow for a long ways for the littles. My 8 year old wishes is was a bit deeper. But he had lots of space to jump off the dock. Boat house was hot. Would've been nice to had screens in the sliders to allow for air movement. But all of the kids spent their time hanging out up there in their "fort". There was lots of boat traffic in the river but the water was calm and mostly everyone respected the swimmers while in the water. Very close to neighbours. But everyone was there to have a good time! Friendly and inviting. The deck, hot tub, fire pit and bbq made for an action packed week. So many places to boat and even boat for ice cream. The water was so clean to swim in and we even caught some rock bass off the kayaks! Our hosts were incredible came out for a mid week hot tub check. Super responsive and left a beautiful care package for our arrival. We are so grateful for our stay and we would certainly come back again!

Peaceful vacation with a beautiful view!

We had a wonderful time at the cottage - very peaceful & relaxing! Everything you need is provided and the cottage is very clean and well kept. We enjoyed the dock & boathouse sitting areas, and fishing was fun right off the dock! Kayaking was great and although the weather didn't cooperate, we were able to have a campfire 2 nights in the week. The surrounding area has plenty to do nearby. Hiking to Huckleberry Rock Lookout was worth the climb for the beautiful views! Would highly recommend this property for your next vacation. Would be beautiful in the fall when the leaves are changing. Thank you to the owners for sharing your piece of paradise with us - hope to come back again sometime!

What a lovely property with a boat house view that does not disappoint. Gradual sandy water access.

A great cottage experience with all the amnesties. A gorgeous setting on the River with close access to the lake. A fun fire pit and dock to hang out with the entire family.

Great Vacation!

We enjoyed kayaking, golf, swimming, and relaxing. Although Finley (our friends dog) kept us on our toes!!! Finley had a blast as well. He learned to swim and made a new friend, Honey!

A Piece of Paradise

We had the pleasure of renting this beautiful cottage in July 2022. The cottage itself was very well outfitted with everything we needed! Clean, spacious and comfortable! The property is level with a beautiful yard. It was perfect for the children. They had lots of fun running around, playing in the sand, swimming and visiting Santa's Village (which is nearby). We would definitely love to rent this place again :)

Fun, Excellent, Relaxing

Omg this cottage has everything you need! We had an amazing time! The adults chilled on the boat deck, the teens played lawn sports and the children enjoyed the lily pad and the beautiful privet beach right in front of the cottage. The cottage is on the river which is nice and quite but a short very short boat ride to Lake Muskoka, where we did a whole lots of tubing and water skiing. Would definitely rent this property again and 100% would recommend to any age group. Thanks you for a wonderful stay.

Amazing property and stay!

I truly can’t say enough great things about our stay at this property; completely beyond our expectations. The pictures really don’t do it justice. Great location, incredibly clean, well maintained and the owners were always available and more than willing to answer questions. The boat house was particularly amazing. Overall, such an amazing, relaxing stay. Would recommend this cottage in a heart beat (and already have)!
