The fully stocked chef’s kitchen features a large island for prepping meals or gathering with loved ones, while the adjacent dining area is perfect for shared meals and conversation. The cozy living room offers ample seating, a large smart TV, and a beautiful gas fireplace that adds warmth and ambiance on cooler days. Accordion-style Nano doors open up to create a stunning indoor/outdoor experience with panoramic views of the lake and visiting wildlife.

The main floor also features a spacious primary suite with a private en-suite bathroom, walk-in shower, and plenty of closet space. Upstairs, you'll find two additional sleeping areas: one is a private bedroom with another en-suite bath, and the other is a fun and flexible bunk/media room with two twin-over-full bunk beds, a cozy couch, and oversized bean bags—perfect for kids, teens, or anyone who wants to lounge and unwind.

Head downstairs to discover the ultimate game and family room. This inviting space includes generous seating, another big-screen TV for streaming, a wet bar, and a variety of games for all ages. Another set of Nano doors opens to the lower deck and your private dock, providing instant access to the lake. Two paddle boards are available for guest use, and fishing right off the dock is always a popular pastime. There’s even a two-person dry sauna for the ultimate post-adventure wind-down. Two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom complete the lower level.

For those bringing their own watercraft, the Holmes Road boat ramp is just 0.4 miles away, making lake access easy and convenient. Please note that fishing on the lake requires a valid state permit, as this is a state-owned waterway.
