SHORTER STAY AVAILABLE IN PEAK 2026 SEASON! 6 NIGHT STAY FROM 6.27 TO 7.3!

Located on the desirable Falmouth Heights just a few yards from the warm waters of Vineyard Sound on Falmouth Heights Beach, this former B&B offers the charm of yesteryear with modern amenities every vacationer seeks and enjoy. Boasting 13 bedrooms, 8.5 baths, breathtaking views, a large upper deck area overlooking Vineyard Sound and not far from restaurants, shops and the marina, this multi-level home is perfect for your large groups of guests looking to stay together!

The main floor features the kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 full bath, 1 half bath, laundry area and multiple sitting areas. Also on the main floor is an ocean view dining area with multiple tables for restaurant style seating and a serving bar. The second floor features 6 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, TV room and two decks. The third floor features 4 bedrooms (each with a private bath).

The home sleeps up to 25 people in beds with 2 King Beds, 8 Queen Beds, 1 Full Bed and 4 Twin Beds. All bed linens are provided for you. Tenants bring their own bath and beach towels for their stay. The entire home including all bedrooms is kept cool by ductless ac units. Subject to applicable taxes and fees. All bedrooms have cable TV.

7 night, Sat. to Sat. rentals only during the peak season. 4 night rentals may be available during the shoulder seasons. No pets allowed. Parking for 10 cars. All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $150-250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00. Upon receipt of a booking request, an agent will reach out to discuss additional damage protection which may be required at this property.

Perfect for family reunion

Great family reunion

4 generations gathered in one place! The house had plenty of rooms and bathrooms. There were paces to gather together but more importantly there are also places to escape ! The two porches, 2nd floor lounge , breakfast room, and main living room gave lots of places to be. Perfect location!

Amazing Falmouth Inn

House is spectacular with many great features, especially for a large group!! We had a spectacular week and didn't want to leave. One thing that was challenging for a large group is that Kitchen storage is limited for all of the stuff you bring along. No a/c but windows and excellent fans are provided. Fabulous decks with a great view of the ocean. Great location.

It Works Overall But the House Is Not in Great Condition

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was successful. The house is huge with many bedrooms and bathrooms so very comfortable for large groups. We needed 10 bedrooms and had room to spare. There were several smaller problems, like a leak in the ceiling of one master bedroom, the Microwave not working properly ( many numbers do not work), a torn front screen door, an A/C unit loud sound when it turns on waking people at night, the front porch light flickers making it difficult to sleep in adjacent 1st floor bedroom and insufficient silverware for groups as large as the house could accommodate. Also, the wifi wasn’t sufficient for a house with roku TVs in every room. So, great to have so many big, fancy TVs - but thankfully our visit was during the Olympics which we were mostly watching together because if you tried to stream from more than a couple of sets at a time, it stopped working. Many doors stick, and the a/c in front Cafe insufficient to cool off the living room. But you can’t beat the proximity to the beach. The house included a few beach chairs that we used and it had sufficient pots/pans to cook for 16 people. Overall, happy if you need a house on the cape for a very large group it’s a good option - but lots of small details need attention. The property manager at times didn’t seem familiar with the house when we had questions or needed problems addressed.

Wedding Weekend 2021

Thank you ever so much for hosting our family for our niece's wedding weekend. We are a large family of seven siblings and 6 of us were able to stay here with spouses, children and grandchildren. The home was large enough to support all three generations. The atmosphere is quirky and fun - as we say, shabby chic! Enough separated living space to handle all generations. The fun little porch/bar was a great meeting space at all hours of the day. We loved walking to the Shipwrecked, heading out to Martha's Vineyard and visiting the little towns. Definitely a perfect spot for our tribe to meet, relax and celebrate our loved ones. We will be back!

Very Disappointing

This house needs to be updated and shown just a little bit of attention. The ceiling of the first floor bathroom fell down not once but twice. And a table that should never have been used in the kitchen toppled over. Shame on the owner for not taking better care and charging so much money.

Need more privacy

Plenty of bedrooms; need to share bathrooms is OK BUT - few doors could be closed completely nor could they be locked for privacy. The requirement to bring or rent towels and bath mats is an extra burden on the renter who is paying top price to begin with. Location is the best; good kitchen appliances; lots of rooms for introverts to retreat or for small tete-a-tetes; plenty of parking.

Hello Thanks for the review and glad to hear you enjoyed the home. The owner does supply all bed linens and does ask tenants to bring their own bath linens. The home is so large there is simply no time to wash towels as well as bed linens between tenants.

Great house for a large family

We loved the location of this house. The beach across the street is beautiful, the area is great for walking and it’s a short bike to the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard. We were fortunate to have a comfortable week weather wise with a breeze off the ocean, otherwise we would have needed air conditioning in more than the two bedrooms with window units. We hope to return next year.
