Keyless entry. King bed in master bedroom with half bath en suite. 2 more bedrooms complete with a twin bed in each, can add additional floor mattress to accommodate more children etc. Main bathroom has full tub. Laundry room off kitchen is also set up as a craft room for kids. 55” Samsun smart TV set up with Disney, Netflix and Prime. 5 min walk to number 11 bus route. Close to Costco, greenway, 45 mins to Big White. Private backyard oasis complete with bbq and covered sectional seating area. Well behaved dog allowed with pet deposit. No cats had ever been in house, not allowed. Washer dryer on site, free parking for two vehicles on site, central air. Be advise - no dishwasher, sink only.
