CLEANING.

We have gone Beyond Covid -19 protocol !! We use both a product called In-Cide ( sold at Home Depot ) as well as wipe everything down with a hospital cradle sanitizing agent that kills Covid 19 and other known viruses in 10 minutes after contact. We’ve changed our checkin time to 4 pm and the place is aired out for hrs before cleaner even goes in. Everything is washed in the hottest longest cycle the washer! We’ve had no issues at all. Family visit

Place was great for our little weekend getaway. Had our family over for a couple visits/dinners and it worked great. Bed was a bit too soft and sort of sank in. The air vent in the ceiling did fall in the middle of the night during our stay. They came right over and repaired it the next morning.owners were very responsive.

Ideally located casita

We came to visit Saguaro National Park and were very impressed with how the casita was very much in the city but still easy to get to the park. We were only five minutes away from a Walmart and restaurants too. We didn’t get to sit outside in the back due to pouring rain, but everything inside was just as we had hoped!

Central Tucson location

We came for UofA Homecoming. This central location allowed us to easily visit family on the E side, W side, join others for dinner in the NE, and be close to the University activities. The property far exceeded expectations while traveling with pets.

Nice and Cozy but

It was clean and basically in good working order. Two items need addressing. The bed is most certainly not a queen size bed. My wife and I were uncomfortable with such a small bed. Also, directions for the television operation were nowhere to be found.

Little Pink Casita

The casita was just right for the two of us. We appreciated the backyard patio and enjoyed a peaceful breakfast out there. Taylor was great when we had a TV issue the last night of our stay. He came right over as soon as we called him. The only negative was the big step into the shower.

I was in Tucson for a UofA event with my daughter. This was the perfect cottage for the weekend. It is well appointed and clean when I arrived. Taylor and Yuko are great hosts. Very responsive. I’d stay here again (we also booked the adjoining house for the family for graduation weekend).

Best Kept Secret In Tucson

We cant say enough about this little gem of a casita. Its so quiet, peaceful, and private. Its just the right size for 2 people. The back yard was perfect for a BBQ at home. It is walking distance from a CVS and McDonalds and just far enough from main roads that you cant hear the traffic. We loved it

Taylor - I'm originally from Oxford Pennsylvania though Arizona has been my home since 1997 and I absolutely love it! Cooking, gardening and reading are just a few of my favorite things to do in my spare time. I love to travel and am very friendly and personable and enjoy meeting new people from all over the United States and beyond. With that said, hosting is something I enjoy very much :)

Motto: " Live for today, Plan for tomorrow, and Learn from Yesterday"

Yuko - Born and raised in Japan until Junior High, went to High school and college in Tucson Az. Just started my apt in Fukuoka as rental via vacation renting, for I plan on returning to Arizona here in the near future, though Fukuoka will always be "home". Keeping my place there keeps me connected for when I return, Which will be 2-3 times annually. Very much a people person, and this is rather fun..:)

Together - We make a great team and We look forward to meeting more people hosting people from all over the world.

Why they chose this property

We love this neighborhood for its charm - local park, great neighbors, quietness! It so centrally located to EVERYTHING worth doing in Tucson!!! Reid Park - 5 min - Downtown - 7 min - Hiking 10 min - Sprouts / Whole Foods / Frys - 5 min. And ..... Great Restaurants Within 5 !! This is a very nostalgic neighborhood that has been around since the 1940's. It is very well established and there are a lot of very eclectic southwestern homes in the area. It really feels like the Old Pueblo part of Tucson!
