"El Granero" - 1800 antiguo granero recién reformado, a 5 minutos a pie de ferry o el centro

1800 granero recientemente renovado, ideal para familias que viajan juntas o reuniones familiares. Césped grande para juegos de patio. A 5 minutos del centro, el Museo de la caza de ballenas y la playa infantil. En forma privada con aparcamiento en la calle durante un máximo de cuatro coches. Situado entre Brant Point y el acantilado y bordeada por 2 acres de tierra sin desarrollar para una excelente privacidad.

Tiene capacidad para 16 en 5 habitaciones (4 en el granero y 1 en el desván). Las habitaciones son:
(1) Maestro con baño completo (cama de matrimonio más 2 camas individuales) con baño completo. Duerme 2 cómodamente en la reina; y con 1 o 2 en la cama de día dividida, pero abarrotada.
(2) Reina. Capacidad para 2 personas.
(3) Reina con baño completo. Capacidad para 2 personas.
(4) Habitación con literas con dos literas (cada una para 2 personas) más un sofá cama doble. Duerme un total de 5.
(5) Loft con cama Queen y cama de día doble. Capacidad para 3 personas.

Pieza central es la gran sala que incluye comedor para 12 más 6 en la cocina abierta. Ideal para organizar reuniones familiares.

Estamos justo detrás de nuestros vecinos en el hotel Nantucket. Si necesita más habitaciones usted podría considerar que salte para unos pocos en el hotel mientras que la estancia el resto en el granero.

El loft en la propiedad duerme 3 con baño completo y cocina.

Durante el verano preferimos alquileres de una semana con cambio de sábado. Los fines de semana festivos de tres días utilizarán las tarifas de los fines de semana. Máximo de 4 semanas de alquiler. Las mascotas son negociables.

NOTA: El 1 de enero de 2019, MA promulgó un nuevo impuesto a los alquileres de vacaciones a partir del 1 de julio de 2019 que incluye un impuesto estatal de 5. 7% más posibles evaluaciones de Cape and Islands / Nantucket que aún no se han determinado. Great property!

We've stayed in many rental houses on Nantucket and this was our favorite by far. Great location, beautiful living/dining room space, comfortable bedrooms, nice outdoor space, and very well equipped. The owners (Tom and Sara) were very responsive. We hope to return next year!

Wonderful property!

Close to everything in town but on a secluded beautiful lot. We took advantage of the large yard playing whiffle ball and kicking the soccer ball. Plenty of room for our party of 9 (2 couples, one older woman, a 14 year old boy and a 10 year old girl) using the main house as well as the apartment above the carriage house. Kitchen was well appointed. Loved all the games and puzzles too!

Great Property for a family or group

We had a very enjoyable stay at The Barn. The house is really nicely outfitted with everything you need. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of towels and beach towels and a huge supply of beach chairs and beach toys. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash was in each bathroom and the house was well stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent. You can just pack your clothes and don’t need to bring anything else. The space over the garage adds an extra private space with a sofa bed and day bed and another bathroom and smaller kitchen. Tom, the owner, was very responsive when we texted with questions or issues. The only drawback to mention (and I mention it because it’s not in the listing) is there is no AC in the main living areas on the first floor. Each bedroom has their own unit so the bedrooms were cool. But when we first arrived, the kitchen and living area were hot. After a few cool mornings with the windows open, everything was very comfortable. But just something to keep in mind if you are booking for late in the summer when it is hotter. Overall, a great property, very good location and a lovely week!

Perfect Space and Location!

We can't say enough good things about our stay at the Barn. The house is beautiful and perfect space for a big family or two families/visitors to stay. We had small children with us and it was very conducive to that while also being a great space for adults to unwind. Location also was perfect to town, beaches and nice bike paths and walks and having a yard was such a luxury in this location. Hosts were very communicative and helpful - will look forward to coming back!

5 star family stay

Our stay at the barn was spectacular! The rooms are beautifully decorated with soft sheets, towels are plush and the kitchen is outfitted with anything you could need. The layout is perfect for a family gathering ! The dining table seats a perfect 12 and there are spots for lounging inside and out! The large yard is privately nestled in beautiful teak furniture on a expansive deck . The owners couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. There were plenty of beach towels and it’s proximity to town makes it a perfect 10!

Awesome house and location

This property is a gem being that it has a large yard and is steps away from town and very close to children's beach, jetties beach and brant point. We enjoyed the yard and all of the amazing games and supplies in the garage. We were able to have a separate small family stay in the garage apartment which was perfect and we had two families in the main house. Everything was very clean and Tom/Sara were great hosts, very responsive and allowed us to check in early and leave late. We would love to stay again.

Family trip

Lucky enough to land this great house in the post Covid vacation surge. Very well stocked kitchen, baby gates and Pack and Play, great AC in the bedrooms, nice deck and yard for hanging out. Walkable to Jetties, Children’s, town, and ferries. Plenty of towels and beach and yard toys. Sad to leave 😟

Awesome House, Perfect Spot

The house is even better than it looks in the pictures. It feels basically brand new inside and is well appointed in all the ways we cared about. The yard is huge and we had a ton of fun playing and just hanging out there. Best part is the house is about as close to town as you can get (5m walk), but completely private and quiet. An ideal spot!

This is a unique and wonderful property, offering expansive indoor and outdoor space right in the middle of town. The house is beautifully decorated and stylish but still comfortable and entirely kid-friendly. Owners are responsive, accommodating, and a pleasure to deal with.

Great house. Our group was in Nantucket for a wedding and enjoyed staying here. It is very close to the white elephant and walking distance from town. The communal spaces are huge and perfect for large groups. Would definitely rent again. Thanks!

Amazing location behind Nantucket Hotel and close to town. Barn is newly functional.

The furnishings are very comfortable and attractive. Very large flat backyard . Bathrooms and kitchen’s are all brand new and lovely . Ample space in the great room for everyone. Only the bedrooms are air-conditioned so at times the main areas were very hot ( we rented in August). Overall it is a great house & great location. The owners were very helpful & nice.

Wonderful

We had the best time with our extended family at "The Barn" The house was perfect and had loads of amenities and such a sweet easy walk to town, even from the ferry. We loved it so much really did not want to go. Sara and Tom were so kind and even helped get us some groceries upon our arrival. Their sweet neighbor even allowed me to pick her some of her beautiful astilbe flowers for 4th of july. I want to come back next week. It was a trip of a lifetime!

Beautifully restored barn close to town!

We had two families share this rental; 4 adults and 5 children ages 10 months - 7 years old. Plenty of room where both families could spend time together and also have some privacy (if they wanted). Wonderful yard visible from all corners of the house, including the chefs kitchen where the two dad's cooked and still were able to keep an eye on the kiddos playing (while the mom's went to the White Elephant spa down the road) :). This kitchen needs nothing; it has all the pots, pans, china, toys, grill, that you need (really special). The owners are VERY nice people and went out of their way to make the space feel like home for our visit. They had a high chair, pack and play, and gates for our 10 month old daughter!!!!! Highly recommend this property. Very family oriented owners. You will not regret it!
