Welcome to Villa Cecilia! This home has 3 bedrooms with an office, 2 bathrooms, and an oversized electric heated pool with hot tub. Villa Cecilia is located in the coveted SW area of Cape Coral conveniently located near a variety of shopping centers, restaurants, golf courses, airports, and beaches.

Living Room: The open concept floor plan allows the whole family to be together, whatever you may be doing. The living room offers plenty of seating and a large flat-screen TV with access to sliders leading out to the lanai area. Located off the living room you will find the office through french doors, featuring a convenient desk with a monitor and printer for you to get some work done. It's the perfect place to catch up with emails, calls, or set up your work from the home office while being able to view the beautiful and serene surroundings.

Dining Room: The dining area is located off of the entry and has seating for 6 guests.

Kitchen: The kitchen has everything necessary to prepare delicious meals for your friends and loved ones. It features granite countertops and additional seating at the breakfast bar. This home offers a Keurig-style coffee maker. Off the kitchen, try your hand at a game of foosball! There's also multiple seating areas in this area for you to enjoy meals, or games with friends and family.

Master Suite: The master bedroom suite features a king-size bed and flat-screen TV with private sliders to the lanai. The master bathroom offers a relaxing soaking tub as well as a spacious walk-in shower and two separate single-sink vanities with plenty of counter space.

Guest Bedrooms & Bathrooms: The first guest bedroom features a queen-size bed, flat-screen TV and a spacious closet for your wardrobe and shopping treasures. The second guest bedroom offers two twin beds and another flat-screen TV (perfect for kids!) The guest bedrooms share the second bathroom. There is a double-sink vanity and tub/shower combination available.

Lanai/Pool: You will no doubt spend most of your time by the pool! This Villa features an oversized electric-heated pool with Eastern exposure, as well as a connected hot tub with a cabana-style umbrella. You have plenty of seating available! There is a dining table with room for 4 guests, and then a separate seating area, as well as loungers. The propane grill is available for you to use during your stay. While there is no dock available for a boat, feel free to see what you can catch by fishing off the sea wall!
