Villa Santa Rosa is located in the PRIME Yacht Club Neighborhood. One mile from downtown, entertainment district. Direct Gulf access with a 10k boat lift with an opportunity to rent our 24 ft, 2024 Bentley Tri-toon. On the end of a cul da sac road that offers privacy and minimum traffic. Enjoy sunsets in the electric heated pool(you control the thermostat) that faces the western sky. This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom has recently been remodeled, floor to ceiling in every room, including state-of-the art impact windows, doors and sliders. Located within 2 miles of Cape Corals best restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores. Take one of the four bikes to the Yacht Club Beach, that is 2 miles away.

Our host Ryan was ultra organized and very responsive. The pool was heated and a great amenity. We enjoyed using the 24 foot pontoon boat-the rental process was very efficient. The dock was brand new.The house was well organized and easy to use with high end appliances,Tommy Bahama sheets/furnishings and plantation shutters throughout.Conveniently located near all Cape Coral amenities, Sanibel, Captiva and Fort Myers.

The pictures and description is very accurate. The place was even better in person. Ryan was easily reachable for any questions or concerns during our stay. We spent most of the time fishing, swimming and enjoying meals on the lanai. The kitchen is fully stocked for any of your cooking needs. We had originally had a couple of day trips planned but we never felt the need to leave once we arrived.

House was great. Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need if you plan to cook in. Very quiet and laid back which we loved. Highlight of the stay was renting the tritoon. We had 3 great days of exploring Sanibel, Captiva Island, and Cabbage Key. We even had dolphins swim up to the tritoon! Great time. Host and Management Team were very responsive.

My wife and I have been in love with Cape Coral since we visited for the first time over 10 years ago. We have a very busy career life's in the Midwest, but we look forward to the time that we can spend in Cape Coral. We treat the houses amenities as if we live there year round.

Why they chose this property

My wife Carrie, only wanted a home with western sky rear exposure. Then we entered the home and was emotionally attached right away. The screened in lanai and pool is our oasis. We love the charm of the tile roof, to the resort manicured landscape. We have a wonderful couple that manages our home. They treat our guests and home as if it was their own.

What makes this property unique

The beautiful Yacht Club beach, fishing pier and Boat House Restaurant & Bar is only 1.8 miles away. With in one mile away there is, some of the most delicious restaurants, shopping, grocery, bars and so much more. We are a 20 minute boat ride to the open water with no bridges. We are on a quite road at the end on a cul-de-sac.
