Less than a five minute walk to the bike path on Lake Dillon, approximately 1.6 miles on path to Frisco and approximately 5 miles on the path to get to Dillon. Hundreds of miles of hiking and mountain biking trails just minutes away!

The third bedroom is a studio space right off of master suite with a twin daybed and raised trundle pullout underneath. Views to the south and east are some of the best in the area.
A portable pack and play with a changing table and high chair are available for the little ones so you won't have pack more than you need.
Three flat screens all have Xfinity for catching the big game or your favorite show and free high speed WiFi is available throughout.
