Wailea Sunset Bungalow features beautiful Italian ivory sofas, vintage opium wood coffee table, and a unique over-dyed wool rug in beautiful shades of deep blue, eggplant, turquoise, and teal.

This is not new construction. We make every effort to provide comfortable furniture, abundant electronics, and useful amenities. The 2 bedroom and 1 bath Bungalow has a brand new outdoor 18 jet, extra deep hot tub spa, air conditioning in all rooms, iPod dock, multiple HD televisions, high speed wireless internet access, four padded outdoor chaise lounge chairs, hammock, indoor and outdoor dining, and best of all, a simply priceless location nestled between 2 sandy swimming beaches.

Guests of the Bungalow may enjoy their own private (brand new)hot tub under the stars with panoramic views of the turquoise ocean and crimson sunsets. From time to time when a south swell is generated in the South Pacific, some smaller waves break along the shoreline. A verdant manicured sprawling green grass lawn frames the properly perfectly.

The Bungalow has a gated entry, a comfortable living room with plenty of seating and fabulous floor to ceiling sweeping ocean views, indoor and outdoor dining, additional outdoor hot & cold outdoor garden shower, wi-fi, netflix, HD television programs, washer and dryer and iron and board, safe, fully equipped kitchen, a propane BBQ grill, beach chairs and towels, and many other amenities to provide you with life long memories of a terrific sea-side holiday.

One bathroom is conveniently placed between the 2 bedrooms. There are 3 televisions, one in each bedroom and iPod dock in the master bedroom. HD television programs and Netflix are also available!

- Neighboring properties have swimming pools that are built into the ground without a fence or cover. Use of the neighboring pools and hot tubs is not allowed. The properties in this area share one large common lawn. It is imperative that guests of Wailea Sunset Bungalow self-monitor any and all outdoor activity, particularly for young children. Please keep young children from straying off the property and please keep anyone who does not swim away from the neighboring pools and hot tubs.
- Another private home known as the Wailea Sunset Estate is immediately adjacent to the Wailea Sunset Bungalow. The two dwellings are in close proximity to one another and we cannot say they are exclusively private from each other. A modest amount of landscaping will provide some fairly good separation. Guests of the Bungalow do not have use of the pool or spa at the adjacent Wailea Sunset Estate property. They are separate properties rented to separate guests.
- Although recently refurbished this is not new construction. This is a vintage cottage. We make every effort to provide comfortable furniture, abundant electronics, and useful amenities within the setting of an original 1960 era beach cottage.
- Please expect ambient audible living noises. From time to time a neighbor may host a party or the voices of children playing or some music may be audible from a nearby residence.
- This home is located in a quiet residential area. Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am.
- The grass lawns surrounding the property are trimmed and mowed with a motorized machine once each week. The mower may be audible.
- The shoreline in front of the property is pebbly. It may be most comfortable to use foot protection when entering the water. Ocean access may not always be safe due to varied ocean conditions.
- Over towards the Polo Beach area off-shore undertows may occur.. Always swim with a buddy and never turn your back to the ocean. Guests agree to use caution and common sense and to only enter the ocean when the conditions are calm. Guests participation in any sports or activities is their own risk.

The accommodation you are renting has flexible bedding options in at least one sleeping room/bedroom. Our staff will ask you in advance of arrival how you would like the beds made up in those spaces. Kindly let us know prior to arrival so we can have the sleeping arrangements pre-made for you. If you are unable to give us your bedding request in advance, or if you change your bedding request after arrival, a $150 change fee will be applied.
