About this property

River Run Condo w/ Slope Views from Balcony, Walk To Gondola/Shops/Dining!

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 7 with a king bed, a twin-over-queen bunk bed, and a queen sleeper sofa. It features newly remodeled kitchen and bathrooms with high-end fixtures, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. Remodeling was completed in fall, 2020. Enjoy the beautiful slope views from the private balcony. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Expedition Station offers shared amenities including a pool and a hot tub.

The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience as you come and go throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. The private balcony is just off the main living area and offers beautiful slope views.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The dining area comfortably seats six. The updated guest bathroom is just off of the living area and has a single sink vanity and shower/tub combination with tile surround. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The updated en suite bathroom has double sinks and a walk-in shower with tile surround and a door separating the toilet area for added privacy. The guest bedroom features a twin-over-queen bunk and a mounted flat screen TV.

*Please note the Expedition Station HOA will begin charging $8 a day for parking starting November 1st, 2025*

Great Place- As Described

The unit was as described, close to the lifts, great views of the mountain. The property manager was easy to deal with and the check in/out process was seamless. I would recommend the owners update the king bed. Otherwise, we would stay at this unit again.

Beat the heat!

Had a great stay! Need hot mits for the kitchen, unsure why they aren’t provided for cooking….the outdoor grill was electric, underwhelming & dirty. Plenty of box fans to put in windows to keep cool. Within walking distance to everything! Hot tub is definitely hot! Pool is also heated. Had fun playing pool in the lobby! Definitely would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay and the property was perfect for the 4 of us. We didn’t cook but kitchen was well stocked with all necessary items if we wanted to cook. The balcony could use some cleaning, there was a grill that would have been nice to use but it was very dirty. Thanks for sharing this property.

Good location, very small family gathering

Not enough room in the “family room”. Do not do more than 4 guests. Unit was very clean & kitchen was well stocked. They ask you to RECYCLE, but there is no place to take recycling!!! The trash room has NO recycling bin!! Just throw it all together.
