360, "A Change in Latitude," has been completely modernized with updated furniture and appliances, including wood flooring in the great room, granite countertops and stainless appliances for the kitchen, spacious bedding options, and more! Featuring three bedrooms, including a King Master Bedroom with Private Bathroom, this Outer Banks Rental Home allows for a variety of family sizes. And with amenities like a top-deck, water-side hot tub, fenced-in backyard, pier with step access to the water, tiki bar and picnic area, fenced-in deck area, pergola area with swing, grilling equipment, WiFi, and so much more, your family will have plenty to keep busy with while not at the ocean.

Being located in Kill Devil Hills of North Carolina puts this home in the heart of the Outer Banks, close to the beach, shopping, golf (including miniature golf), restaurants, Wright Brothers Memorial, and so much more!

Great property management. Loved the neighborhood and the view! Overall very satisfied. You will have to plug in the roku in every room but the living room because the devices were missing, but no worries. Lovely experience for our anniversary.

Quiet stay perfect with dogs

We loved our stay with our dogs. We enjoyed the open floor plan and the hot tub in the evenings watching sunsets. Place is located in a very quiet area that had a walking path right outside our doorstep to walk. Close to all attractions (golf, beach, miniature golf, restaurants, etc). Highly recommend.

Wonderful home on the sound!

We enjoyed our week here. The house was clean, well furnished and the kitchen was nicely stocked. But the views of the sound from inside the home and the deck are what make this house so special. We enjoyed kayaking and bird watching. And the beach was a quick bike ride away. Would stay again!

Gnats

We were not informed previous to booking or staying that there were gnats all over the property and inside the home. Thank you that’s good of them were in the foyer. I called the main office and the lady informed me that the previous renters have the same experience and they were working on it.

We're so sorry you did not enjoy your experience with this rental home. Unfortunately, the Outer Banks has flying insects called midges that heavily occupy water-front areas of the Outer Banks. These midges are especially noticeable at night where they are attracted to lights, such as inside a home where they will flock around window exteriors. Unfortunately, opening doors around these windows will allow the midges to fly in and become a nuisance. The owner has since installed a bug zapper that is distanced from the home to help draw outside pests away from the windows. We apologize for this inconvenience once again and hope that, aside from this issue, you were able to enjoy all the area has to offer!

Had to fight with lock everytime you went anywhere when all that is need was a new handle and it is 2024 get keyless entry so you dont have to drive 20 minutes out of the way to.pick up and drop off keys. Several cocroa hes

Thank you for your feedback on this rental home. We're sorry for the confusion on the lock, as it is an Anderson lock which requires the handle to be in the up position to be locked. While there are instructions by the door to operate, we have been working with the owner to see various other options for this door. Thank you for letting us know of any bug issues, as all of our rental homes are bonded with a pest control company who take care of common pests like palmetto bugs (water bugs). We hope that, aside from these issues, you were able to enjoy all the area has to offer!

Great location for beautiful sunsets

The location is perfect. You can watch amazing sunsets from the deck, in the hot tub or on the dock over the water. The house is small but exactly what we needed. If you know anything about water pressure in this area you know that good water pressure is hard to find and this place had great water pressure. It’s in a good neighborhood filled with mostly locals who were the nicest people I’ve met. There were only a few things that need some work which was brought to the Realtors attention. They were wonderful about the feedback and had the answers I was looking for. Overall it’s a good house in a great location not far from all of the attractions in Nags Head and Kill Devil Hills. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice quiet place with those perfect views.

False advertising

Only stayed in 1 other place that was as dirty has this house and I'm 61yrs old. Outside shower and bathroom fan doesn't work! Shower door does not come down enough so water gets all over the floor! Very dusty and black dog hairs everywhere! Cobwebs everywhere! House had bad order! Take me advise....DONT STAY HERE!!!!!

We see that on your checkout, cobwebs were reported to be in the carport area under the home and we have since sent maintenance to sweep and blow any debris in that outside area. We have also forwarded this new feedback to management and maintenance to assess and take care of any issues found.
