A modern, newly renovated, well-appointed 1 BR guest suite in the hip and happening Main street (South Main) area. This spacious 600 sqft suite is situated on a quiet, tree lined street and only steps away from cafes, boutiques, restaurants, transit. A private entrance with a key pad entry, radiant floor heating, high-speed internet, a 50" TV, basic cable w Netflix, laundry, and a fully equipped kitchenette. With a king size bed, this unit comfortably sleeps 2 people or a small family. Ample lighting throughout, and a window in every room gives it a bright, airy feel.

We are a family of 5 (3 small kids) and the guest suite is located on the ground level of our family home. There will be some noise transfer to the unit during the day from our children behaving like children (playing, footsteps, toys being dropped on the floor, etc.. ). High traffic times are from 7am-7pm, however, as we are working professionals and our kids attend school, we are in and out of the house during the weekdays. We are best situated to host guests looking for a central location and a clean, safe and comfortable home to rest their heads while they visit with family and friends or explore the city. If you have children yourself, we can lend you a few kids toys, books, a pack and play or highchair upon request.

The apartment was in the safe and beautiful neighborhood of Mt. Pleasant. It was clean, very comfortable and everything worked well. Providing a washer/dryer was handy and goes above and beyond what most VRBO hosts present to guests. Trevor and Gemma also provide coffee pods with the coffee maker, so you can enjoy some complimentary coffee while there. Overall, this was a lovely stay. I would highly recommend for one person or a couple. It might work for families as well, inquire with the owners to find out. Thanks for a great stay, Trevor and Gemma!

Very nice place. Well appointed and very clean.Washer / dryer, coffee maker. comfy bed. Easy walkingdistance to just about everything. Bus line is just down the street. We did very little cooking, as there are somany foodie places around. Nice neighbourhood andgreat hosts.

I enjoyed my stay at Gemma and Trevor’s home. The self check in and check out was very efficient. I am also grateful for the amount of amenities they provided in the kitchen cabinets and washroom. The home is quiet and a perfect place to stay at.

Our stay was very good. Location excellent. Close to shops, restaurants and safe neighbourhood. Well stocked kitchen and linens/towels. Washing machine and dryer a real bonus. Secure entry and lock system. Communication with host was clear, and responsive.

Beautiful, clean unit with incredible location

My wife and I spent 3 days here and were very impressed. The unit is clean and feels new and modern. Trevor was very responsive and made sure we were well taken care of. He provided lots of information about things to do and places to visit. The location is incredible. In a quiet neighborhood, but with walking distance of many shops, restaurants, parks and public transit. There was some “family” noise from upstairs at times. We have kids so it didn’t bother us, but something to consider. Overall though, we had a wonderful experience and would gladly stay again, and recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and clean unit close to just about everything.

Excellent Abode for a Family Visit

Over the years I have stayed in various apartments in the Main and Mount Pleasant area during my visits with my family. This apartment ranks at the top. The apartment has plenty of light even though it is on the lower floor facing north. There is a good range of appliances including excellent laundry facilities. I especially appreciated all of the kitchen dry goods that were available. There was even a supply of Keurig pods for my morning coffee. Much care has been taken in preparing this apartment for their guests. It was very easy to give a 5 star rating in all categories.

We needed a place to stay close to nearby family for a week. The apartment had everything we needed. Great location close to shops restaurants coffee shops and transit. The host was very friendly and quick to respond. The apartment is on the ground floor of a house with kids so you can hear the usual family sounds.

Great place off the beaten path

Great little place, great host great location. Not too far from downtown Vancouver with how good the public transportation is. Bring an extension cord if you like to charge your devices on the nightstand. The unit isn’t very sound proof so the little ones upstairs woke us up early each morning but we had full days planned so no time to sleep in!!!

Great place to stay

Great place, clean and easy, noise from upstairs was super minimal and was completely silent by 9:00pm. Only issue I could list is the fridge being a little loud and the lack of an oven. Aside from that, really great little spot! Thanks Trevor.

Great stay

Great location in a residential area. Beautiful tree lined streets. Private and easy parking out front. Very well equipped unit. Great vegan restaurants within walking distance. We will be back.

Great Location!

The location in Mount Pleasant is great! Easy walking distance to Main Street and other places. The unit is very clean and comfortable and has everything you need. The only negative is that you do hear the family upstairs.

Vancouver trip

Location was great- can walk to a variety of restaurants. Things we did weren’t too far away, aquarium, beach, pool, Granville Island etc. all under 30 mins away. Beds were comfortable. Hosts were available when we had questions and were friendly. I would recommend this VRBO.

Weekend stay

The suite is like new with great amenities. Two negatives it is advertised as a 4 person accommodation but the couch is only viable for 1 person to sleep on. There is young children above the suite that can be heard early morning.

Great space and location. Well worth the stay. Only negative was as a result of being in the basement hearing early morning footsteps from upstairs. Otherwise a perfect stay.

Lovely Stay

A lovely stay in the mount pleasant area of Vancouver. The space was very cute and clean, and just enough for three of us. The host was very kind and responsive. Close to all the amenities needed and an easy spot to get access to transit.

Great place for a couple

My husband and I stayed for an extended weekend to attend a wedding. The location was great for what we needed it for. The host's communication is GREAT! It is within walking distance of places to eat, shopping, coffee houses, etc. It's small, but perfect for a weekend for a couple people.
