This beautiful bay-view beach home jumps right out of the pages of an upscale, vacation magazine, and it’s open for you and the family to enjoy. Relax amid the elegant charm of Cinnamon Shore North—and enjoy all the village amenities nearby.

AMENITIES: At North, Resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, a fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, a pirate ship playscape, and more! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, a coffee shop and café, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.

MAIN LIVING SPACE: The sunny, second-floor living area under soaring vaulted ceilings offers a Smart TV and comfortable seating. A fully stocked kitchen with bar seating and a full dining table for six makes this open-concept space the primary gathering place for your party. Cook the day’s catch, a huge holiday meal, or a light meal after a day at the pool or beach; all the accouterments you need are here! A detached full bathroom services the second level for convenience. You’ll also spend time on the house-length, side balcony, which offers peeks of the bay and a picnic table for a beautiful sunset meal, and on the front porch overlooking a grassy private side yard.

SLEEPING QUARTERS: The first level offers two spacious king suites with private bathrooms. The second level has a bunk room with a queen-over-queen bunk with a twin trundle—sleeping up to five. The bunk room’s accompanying loft, accessed via a ship’s ladder, makes a great place for kids and teens to lounge.

GREAT FEATURES: A convenient laundry closet makes it easy to wash away the beach sand or pool water before you head over to one of the on-site restaurants. Come back for a lawn game on the home’s private lawn or watch the kids run around from the swinging lounge bench.

PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY - Pets are allowed with a $200 Non-Refundable Cleaning Fee and an additional $500 Refundable Security Deposit, additional fees may be incurred if there is significant damage to the property. When bringing a pet, please ensure it does not bother other guests with excessive noise, barking, etc. Guests are responsible for keeping pets on a leash and picking up after their pets and disposing of waste properly.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place as perfect for our family for our vacation. The layout was great and the kitchen was great to have to cook in. Having the private side yard and large parking area was very nice. The area rugs were pretty dirty, but I assume that is the case since this home allows pets. Not a big deal, but just noticed them. I would say Cinnamon Shores as a whole just doesn't seem to be maintained like it used to be. It used to pristine and now you notice areas that really need care and maintenance.
