Nice place

The house is fine. The parking is super tight to get in and out of. It would have been nice to have a bar of soap available since I forgot mine. The metro is a short walk away through a somewhat sketchy neighborhood but I felt safe. The house street area is clean and well maintained. Neighbors are friendly giving us information about parking rules.

Great Place!

Beautiful 3 bedroom

Loved this house. Clean and great location. Highly recommend. Just a note when renting, the alley to the parking in the back is a tight squeeze if you have a big vehicle like we did. All in all we throughly enjoyed our stay at this house.

Beautiful home in good location!

My family and I spent a week in Audrey-Ann’s home. The home is beautiful and has all the amenities needed. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, and the dining room/living area provided more than enough space for the whole family (5 of us total) to spend time together. Beds were comfortable, and having the foosball table was a bonus! The AC worked well, and we were very comfortable. The location is also nice - it is a short walk to the metro station, there is a grocery store nearby, and the street is quiet. We would love to stay here again!

The house is very comfortable, and the neighborhood is nice--a short ride to downtown and other attractions. Only a minor complaint: some items were in short supply--coffee pods, washing machine detergent. Although I know it is not required, it would be nice if Vrbo managers would provide condiments like mustard, mayo, sugar, coffee, etc.

Quick Family Getaway

We came up to see the Pride Parade and explore the city. 3 of the five family members have never been to Canada so it was a beautiful experience! This house was perfect for our group! It was clean, modern and a great neighborhood! Would definitely recommend this home for those wanting a quiet environment while being close enough to the city and attractions!

Montreal Getaway

We really enjoyed our Montreal stay at this property. The house listing had everything as shown and was very clean. Check in was straight forward and the location was great. We rode bikes very easily to many of the Montreal sights from the house. We would stay here again. Tom F

Great place for a family stay in Montreal

This is a very nice property. Clean, modern, comfortable for 6 people (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms) with a good kitchen and 2 nice bathrooms. On a very quiet and pleasant neighborhood street in Ville Marie. Good access to the metro (Frontenac) for visiting downtown Montreal. The hostess, Aubrey Ann, was very quick to respond and very helpful. Lives up to the description in Vrbo.

Great location

We had a great time, the neighborhood was safe, and close to everywhere we wanted to go. the house is just like the pictures, everything new and modern. the only issue we had was that we had a minivan and it didn't fit in the driveway, only small compact cars fit in the driveway. but thankfully a very nice neighbor explained the parking signs for us and we were able to find street parking. it was a lovely stay!

The property itself was decent and met our basic needs. The location was convenient and the check-in process was smooth. However, I believe that with some attention to detail like extra towels , hand soap , fresh dish sponge and improvements in cleanliness, this rental property could offer a much better experience for future guests. Additionally, the bathroom upstairs had an unpleasant smell. I hope this feedback helps the property owner or management team to address these issues and enhance the overall quality of the rental property.

Visiting from NJ

The location was fantastic. Really easy to get around Montreal and visit all the touristy attractions. Just one recommendation/comment, it would have been nice if the windows had screens, so that we could've opened them without letting bugs in. It was pretty warm during our trip and it became quite stuffy with only one air conditioner in the unit. But overall, it's a great house and we had a great time. We would recommend this rental for anybody visiting Montreal.

Newly renovated home with good location for exploring Montreal

The home was super clean on our arrival. It is newly renovated and nicely furnished. Everything needed was provided for a comfortable stay. Best part was the quick walk to the Green line Metro station that made exploring all the fun neighborhoods of Montreal easy.
