Great property and great host

Our host were very nice and had everything we needed to make our stay pleasant. We sat on the dock in the evening and on one occasion saw dolphins swimming by. Great property and great host!

Amazing Place

The place is great! Very well equipped, clean and cozy. Jack and Sandy are fantastic and very reachable. The outdoors are is amazing, our 2 teens enjoyed kayaking at the bay and watching the sunsets from there. They even got to see a couple of dolphins early morning. Navarre beach is just 25 minute drive. A lot of great restaurants nearby. We definitely be back soon!

Three is a charm.

We had a great time kayaking, fishing, relaxing and eating in this wonderful place. Jack and Sandy are the best hosts. This place is so clean and the decorations are so beachcentric. I love that everyday things are at the place keeping us from having to load up on so much stuff from stores to then have to take it home too. It's are home away from home. We caught a lot of fish and enjoyed looking at the stars and sunsets on the dock.

We were in town to pick our daughter up from college and celebrate my birthday. I can say enough positive things about our experience. Beautiful place, accommodating hosts, and close to everything. We will certainly stay again.

Great Property

The Property owners were Fantastic. They were very welcoming and helpful. We didn't get to take advantage of everything the Property has to offer during our brief stay but definitely enjoyed ourselves while we were there. The Property had everything we needed. We would absolutely look to rent this property again.

Amazing place with dock.

Owners were wonderful! The apartment was clean and spacious. We absolutely loved sitting on the dock and fishing. The decor was beautiful inside. Had everything we needed including laundry room downstairs. Will definitely be back in the future.

Nice setting

The stay was nice and the place was nice and clean. The setting on the bay was beautiful. It is hard to beat waterfront views and sunsets from the dock. I was a bit surprised by the amount required of us for cleaning and tidying before checkout, I thought the cleaning fee should cover a lot of what we had to do.

Great Place with Boat Parking

Beautiful upstairs garage apartment. Hosts live on the property and after welcoming us and telling us we had full use of the outdoor areas they left us to go have fun. Driveway available for boat parking. Bay view from bedroom.

Perfect Stay in Gulf Breeze

The apartment is beautifully decorated, and the layout is perfect. We felt right at home with everything we could possibly need, and it was sparkling clean.Waking up to the view of the bay in the super comfy bed every morning was fantastic. We enjoyed relaxing and lovely sunsets on the dock. We took the kayaks out and met some of the friendly neighbors. Fishing off the dock was lots of fun.Sandy and Jack are the nicest, most accommodating hosts we've ever had. We can't wait to return!

Pure bliss

All around awsome location..great people are hard to find but Sandy and Jack are amazing..the sun sets are but one of a kind. relax.. rewind..and remember and you will for years to come..the dock that Jack built with his own hands says alot about them both.. they have set you up with a little piece of heaven..ty again Sandy and Jack it was amazing

Beautiful Property, Amazing Sunsets!

The rental unit at this property is very nice. The hosts are very friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The dock is the best for sunsets and fishing. As a newer rental, this place has so much potential. The only thing to keep in mind is the entire unit is upstairs and the grill that is supplied does not heat well so make sure you contact the owner prior to going to see if it has been replaced if you intend on grilling. The owners Jack and Sandy are very responsive and accommodating. We would consider staying there again for sure!

Great Getaway with Epic Views

Property was easily accessible off main road, private parking, private entrance. Unit located up stairs in garage loft apartment. Unit was fresh and clean upon arriving, smelled great! Small appliances and cookware available, several place settings and silverware stocked. Small coffee bar area was wonderful. Full size fridge/freezer was good for all our snacks/drinks. Beds and linens were in great order. Interior decor was well done, beachy feel but not gaudy by any means, just enough! Hosts were super nice and full of recommendations for the area. Dock and patio area's offered astonishing views and a place to swim. Could not have asked for a better stay. Will revisit possibly in the future.

Didn't Want to Leave

Our stay was great! It was exactly the relaxing trip we needed. Jack and Sandy take pride in their property and it shows! The property is beautiful with places to lounge on the dock, Adirondack chairs around a fire pit, and comfortable furniture in the apartment itself. The beds were great. Plenty of kitchenware to cook if you'd like. Tucked away on the east bay, you don't have to go anywhere if you don't want to. If you want to adventure, Navarre Beach is a 20 minute drive and Pensacola is just 35 minutes away! When our week ended, we weren't ready to go home. Highly recommend staying here.

Immaculate and gorgeous place in a beautiful location.

We absolutely loved our stay in this immaculate apartment. It is fully loaded with everything you need and more. It is new, spacious, and super clean. Our favorite part was the location. The backyard has 2 fireplaces and a deck overlooking the bay. We saw the most amazing sunset from there. Unfortunately, we were not able to take the kayaks because it was cold. We can’t wait to go back. The owners were very easy to communicate with and did everything to make our stay wonderful. Thank you very much. We look forward to going back when it gets warmer.

Highly recommend

I cannot recommend this property enough. It is clearly a well-thought out rental with smart attention to detail. It’s beautiful and comfortable. The back yard area is awesome. Jack and Sandy are so kind and welcoming. They gave us great recommendations for things to do and local places to eat. My 13-year-old wants to add that the chair in the corner by the TV is a very comfortable chair :) I will say WiFi and cell reception isn’t great, but that was a pro for us because it encouraged us to unplug and have more family time. Overall, 10/10 and we can’t wait to go back!

A great place to stay in Gulf Breeze!

This was a great place to stay in Gulf Breeze. If you can climb stairs then this is a great apartment above a detached garage. You have your own entrance and even your own driveway to park in. The apartment was clean and even smelled good. :-) It was just as pictured. There is a laundry room in the corner of the garage to use if you need it and there are also kayaks to use if you want them. We didn't use the dock since we had relatives just down the street but it was a lovely area to sit and watch the sunset or to enjoy gazing over the water. We would definitely stay here again. Sandy was great and helpful for any questions we had. It's easiest to reach her by text or phone call as the messages I sent through VRBO did not get to her but maybe that's because the rental is set up through Evolve instead. Glad we found this charming place to stay!
