We loved our stay. The pictures in the listing are very accurate. The house was great, very clean and well-appointed. The dock and the screened in porch were exceptional. We would love to stay again next year.

Thank you for the great review!I am so glad you had a wonderful time!
We had a wonderful time and felt that the pictures showed a true and accurate reflection of the property. The screened porch was great. The dock was AMAZING and we spent quite a bit of time on it; lots of sun and shade so we all could enjoy. Kids loved the diving board and the kayaks were an added bonus!!!

Thank you so much for your great review. We are very glad you enjoyed our place!
We had a lovely time with our two adult sons. Loved the covered dock and swimming off of it! We went to the Alpaca Farm and really enjoyed it. Also went to Edu and had a wonderful meal.

Beautiful view
This home is amazing! Anything guests could need is provided. Spacious rooms with comfy furniture and a back deck “to die for”. We really enjoyed mornings and evenings having coffee on the deck. Will definitely put this on our list of places to stay. Loved it for our sister weekend.

Great home away from home
There was a small hiccup when we first arrived but Craig was quick to respond and worked it all out to both our satisfaction. The home was beautifully decorated and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a great stay. The dock was outstanding. My wife and I had a great time and are so thankful to Craig and Kia for the use of their lakeside home for our vacation. We would definitely stay there again.
Great location, house was as advertised. The hosts were very easy to get in touch with with the one issue with the electric at the boat house, they had an electrician over in 24 hours and issue fixed on a Saturday. I would definitely stay at the house again.

Family Friendly
Even though the weather wasn't the greatest, we still had an awesome week. The screened in back patio is a perfect spot for morning coffee or playing board games with the kids at night. The house was very clean and welcoming - plenty of room for our family of 6. Nothing beats the private dock with comfy chairs and diving board. This was our first experience with a lake vacation versus the beach and we would definitely recommend it. Lake water was super warm and clean!
We had a lovely family vacation. The screened deck and the dock were absolutely perfect! Our teens enjoyed the diving board immensely. The house was well stocked with towels and basic kitchen needs. (There is no large pot so bring your own if you are planning a large family dinner)One thing not listed is that this house is not in a no wake zone. This was fine for us, as we have teens, but would not be the best area for younger kids. There is a loy of boat traffic. The dock is beautiful. We spent most of our time there. A fridge in the boat house on the dock was a major plus. The owner had their boat cover pulled down, so it obstructed the full view from the dock, so be aware you may not be able to keep eyes on people kayaking on that side. The host was very responsive. We would stay here again.
This property was a wonderful place for a large family (5 kids) to stay. We had ready water access down the hill and easy driving access to regional attractions. The listing was very accurate and we were gratified to find extra kayaks on site. We tended to do mornings in the water and afternoons at places like Natural Bridge or the D-Day Memorial. The booking process did have a mishap involving multiple travel sites that list this property, though--when we arrived, another family was there trying to figure out why their door code didn't work. That's not a property issue, but a good cautionary tale for working with VRBO and similar third parties. That aside, I would absolutely stay here again.
Great location, awesome boat house/dock, but BAD water pressure in master shower
Home is nice (appears to be 2 double wide manufactured homes put together), location is fantastic, although very steep walk to lake. If you have mobility problems, it may not be doable. The boat house was fantastic for our 3 day pontoon boat rental. Now the bad..the shower in the master bath is practically unusable. The water dribbles out of the shower head. There is a large bathtub that is usable. Would definitely stay there again if they fixed the shower issue.
