Overall this property is nice, the location is awesome as well as the pool. There’s a great running/walking trail that goes over the bridge into barefoot landing; about a 15 minute walk. The marina bar is right on the property which has a great happy hour. The accommodations were overall okay, the furniture is dated and the beds are super uncomfortable. The outdoor patio is huge and where we spent most of the time with a great view. Be prepared to bring your own

Amazing View

The floor to ceiling windows in the bedroom and family room affordes lovely views of the spectacular pool and intercoastal. Lots to do in the area, so close to barefoot landing for shopping amd dining.

The condo is beautiful, clean, and spacious. We were supposed to receive check in instructions prior to the stay, but I had to reach out to the owners for them on the day of our arrival. Aside from staying there during a tropical storm, we had a great trip.

This was my first experience staying at an airb&b so I was thinking it would just be an average stay. When we walked in the home it was amazing! It was very spacious and very CLEAN! I was very pleased with my stay the next time my family comes down we will definitely book this place. Did I mention the pool is in our back yard!

Weekend getaway.

We loved the unit. It was nicely decorated and so clean. The location is amazing and so near to lots of activities. We loved the pool area and the ability to go to the nearby bar and grill for quick eats and drinks. It’s a great view overlooking the pool and inter coastal. I can see it being a bit noisy at the height of the season but it was nicely quiet and relaxing when we were there. Just what we needed for a long weekend getaway.

Awesome!

We had an amazing time. This condo is absolutely beautiful, and so warm & inviting. Move in ready- it has everything! Our kids had a blast at the huge pool. Super close to everything we wanted to do, and access to the beach was convenient with public parking or a shuttle ride. Can’t wait to go back!

Absolutely wonderful condo! Great communication from owners which made the check-in process super easy. The place was beautifully decorated and perfectly clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Having a washer and dryer inside this condo was also a big plus. Our stay was a 10 out of 10 for location also. We were close to everything - supermarket, restaurants and entertainment. We will definitely book here again.

Home Away From Home

We have been coming to North Myrtle Beach for 20 plus years. This time we were celebrating family & my cousins 60th birthday. The two of us wanted rest, relaxation & fun memories together! This brief visit worked well for us. Condo was very clean, modern and well appointed. Two bedrooms with 1 double bed in each sufficed for us. Might not be for larger groups. Condo pool was great and condo location is near everything we wanted. TV was high quality, large and stereo sound. We had a little difficulty navigating the various providers to find the programs we wanted to watch. Overall, it was a five star place. I’d definitely return there and highly recommend it.

Lovely vacay, with several exceptions.

The condo was lovely...with ful furnishings, comfortable furniture, great location. We had a lovely vacation, with a few exceptions: 1. The lock on the sliding glass patio door was not working, held locked with a security bar. 2. The drain stopper in the master bathroom, left sink, was not working. 3. The glass tables and dresser were extremely dusty, as if not cleaned for quite a while. 4. "Smart TV" instructions would've been so helpful and much appreciated, we are not tech savvy. 5. With no one available in the building to ask, my husband and I set out to find the designated Barefoot Landing beach access...we took our pool lanyard, thinking that i was wwhat needed to use, it didn't work and there was no keypad to enter a code...I then texted the owner to inquire about BEACH (not pool) access info. After approximately a half hour, owner replied with a text informing us of POOL (not beach) access info...bottom line, we parked in public access where we were required to pay for parking. 6. On Monday, 10/14, we were informed that all entrance doors were going to be painted, beginning that day, and all entrance doors were required to remain wide open to allow for drying...day 1 was primer and day 2 was the actual paint...there was a very friendly, although petite young girl guarding the entire floor from any theft (!)...were the owners not notified ahead of time that this was to be done? If so, why was this info not relayed to us???? All in all, we had a lovely wee
