Amazing Waterfront Home in Stanhope, minutes to many National Park Beaches and the Covehead Wharf and only 15 mins to Charlottetown. Stunning water views from every inch of the home. Home features an open concept kitchen, living and dining table for 6. plus 3 counter stools. White kitchen with additional pantry/ coffee bar and laundry area. On the main level is a large private master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower + bath tub and walk in closet. Their is also a sunroom off the living room and nice private deck off the kitchen/living area . AC heat pump on the main level. Upstairs is 2 large bedrooms with 2 sets of bunk beds (queen beds lower and upper twin beds) and 1 full bathroom with tub. Well stocked home with basic amenities.
Large backyard with direct water access (Covehead Bay), lots of space for play, quiet cul-de-sac, and great neighbors! Bocce, boardgames, etc on site.
This home has everything to offer a family looking for a lovely Prince Edward Island holiday.
