Beautiful, new vacation rental property. Located in the heart of the resort area of Stanhope. The location is the best in Stanhope..as quoted by all our guests. Borders on the PEI National Park. Park your car when you arrive and walk to PEI's beautiful warm water beaches. The Covehead wharf is a 5 minute walk away for deep sea fishing or one of PEI's best seafood restaurants 'Richards'. If golf is your pleasure, the18 hole Stanhope Golf and Country Club is 2 km away.

A new and integrated trail system starts at your front door and includes over 20 km of walking, cycling activity.

This brand new vacation property accommodates 6 comfortably. The master bedroom is on the main floor and the 2nd floor bedroom accommodates 4.

Lots of indoor and outdoor living space. Watch some of the most spectacular sunsets on the island as the sun sets over the dunes and Covehead bay on 1 of the 3 large outdoor decks. One deck is screened in. The second story deck offers a view over the dunes and bay to see the lights of Rustico.

All amenities are provided, all you need is your food and drink…we supply the rest.

We offer wifi for our guests, Smart TV's, National park visitor pass during you stay, a beach trolley you can take to the beach with umbrellas, beach toys, beach towels and enjoy the outdoor shower when you get back from the beach. The kitchen appliances are all brand new and W/D. Tastefully decorated with quality furnishings the house is well appointed with everything you need.

We operate 2 other very popular and highly rated vacation rentals so the formula for happy guests will be applied to our newest property!

Perfect spot!

Loved the beautiful cottage, which had everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to the beach, fish market, and a short drive to Charlottetown. Patti-Sue & Kent were very welcoming with tips on local places. We would love to come back someday.

Most beautiful area in PEI

I love PEI with its rolling hills, its red soil, endless beaches, fresh seafood, and this beautiful Stanhope area. The house was very well equipped and it made our stay so wonderful. I will return to PEI, the best of all Maritime provinces.

Location, Location, Location! Couldn't Ask For Better!

Capeside is located in an ideal location just walking distance to the entrance to the National Park and beaches.

The home itself is really nice. Far nicer than many of the summer rentals available.

Patti Sue was very responsive to emails and phone calls both before and during our stay.

The home is very well equipped. We are avid cooks and the beautiful kitchen with big centre island had everything we could imagine or need.

The upper bedroom with three beds was great for sleeping accommodations for all.

Located within an easy drive to Charlottetown we couldn't ask for a better location.

Highly recommend this home and would gladly stay here again.

A fantastic place

Patti-Sue's cottage was exactly as described. It is very well situated and has everything you need is included. The house is beautifully decorated yet very practical to live in and very clean. We had a wonderful time staying there for a week in September and I highly recommend this place for families to stay. Thank you again for being a fantastic host and for all the great little attentions you added to our stay.
